Q: Where do I get surf in pokemon ruby.?

A1: I was stuck on that too, but, apparantly, you have to beat your character's dad (Norman) first. When you've defeated him, next to the Gym is a house (Wally's house). Go in it and talk to Wally's dad and he should give you Surf.

A2: When you beat norman the 5th gym leader or your dad he will say to meet wallys house joined with his gym talk to the man who will be standing he will give you surf(HM3)

A1: U gotta go in the holes. usually it will be near the trainer which pops out from one of the holes

A1: Deoxys: can only be caught in a nintendo event. there is no other way. (spaceship and mirage island have nothing to do w/ it, and dont work). Jirachi: if you have pokemon colesseum for the gamecube, and you have the bonus disk, you can upload jirachi from that bonus disk and into your party. otherwise, you can catch him in a special nintendo event. Kyogre: main legendary in sapphire and only obtainable in tht version. Groudon: main legendary in ruby and only obtainable in ruby. Rayquaza: main legendary in Emerald and is obtainable in both ruby and sapphire, and this version. Latios: third tier legendary in ruby and obtainable to only that version. Latias: third tier legendary in sapphire and obtainable in only that version. Regirock, Regiice, Registeel: these three legendaries are found in ruby, sapphire, and emerald.
