In order to get Jirachi and Deoxys, you need to trade with your friend who received them in an event. Besides that, the only way you can get them is through a Cheat Code, that is, if you're using VBA.

Talk to the man in pacifilog town that is by window he will tell you if mirage island is visible. If it is surf to rout 129 and you willfind mirage island. On the island you will find infinite wynaut and rare berries you willalso find a egg that will contain Jirauchi.
Get the ID number of your active pokemon to be the same as the game time. once you are there, it will leave at midnight.
Talk to the man in pacificlog town at the farest house looking out the window if he says" I can't see mirage island today" switch your pokemon with the ones in your PC evencly he'll say "I can see mirage island" surf aroud pacifilog to find It( with the same Poke'mon)

When you beat the game go and talk to the old man and he will say "i can't see it " use surf and go east until you see a girl and a boy facing each other but there apart go by the boy and go north and there should be a opening fallow the way and it will lead you to mirage island.

Unless you have a gameshark you cant so I say you should just start a new game cuz raquaza is a great pokemon that you should have in your party

It's Impossible to get Rayquaza if you kill it. The only other ways are get it in a trade, restart your game and start from scratch or through a gameshark cheat

Registeel is in Rt. 121 right above the lake, Regirock is in the desert, and Regice is in a cave north west of Dewfod

Regi-ice is found in route 105 above dewford, regirock is found in the dessert near lavaridge regirock is at the bottom of the dessert, registeel is near safari zone go west you will fin a area which is raining there you go you got three rare pokemon!
After team magma takes the sub follow them into a cave and there you will find groudon then the orb will shine then groudon will run then you will find it in the cave of origin.
Get the 7th gym badge and use dive in the water between pacifidlog and mossdeep city and eventually you will find sootopolis and that is where the origin cave is.you can also use your map.
1.Defeat team magma/aqua (depending on your version)!

You find heart scales on unbreakable rocks but there is one go left of Mauville city and over by the fisherman there is a rock click "A" on every side of the rock and you will get you're very first Heart Scale unless you got a heart sale in a trade with you're friend. This is a tricky one. First, you gotta have Relicanth and Wailord (Wailord evolves from Wailmer) and a pokemon that knows dig. Put Relicanth in your first slot. Put Wailord in your last slot. Now, fly to Pacifidlog Town. Use surf over to the current in the left of Pacifidlog. Don't go in it yet, though. From where you are, go south, all the way until you reach the bottom of it. Now go into the current. You'll go past a few small islands. When you get to a darker spot in the water, use dive.you'll go into the water, go south. The braille says, "use dive here." and do so. in the cave, go to the top braille. Use dig. Now you go in the caves with the Regi's! have fun, and always, try your best! :0)

Go some place and find HM Dive. When you find it teach it to a pokemon then in the water go Surf around and there will be random dark spots go over/in them and press A. It will ask if you want to dive yes. To get to the next town? All you do is get Dive and go down until you see a dark spot in the water that is making a circle around a mountain thingy. Then Dive and you will see Pokemon (catch them because they are very fun to have!!) and soon you will see a hole in the wall. Go in and press B to go to the surface. You will be in Sootapuls! The sky pillar is east of pacifilog town. surf east until you see a crack in the water. then surf a little west then surf north. now you're at the sky pillar. go all the way through the pillar until you reach the top floor. at the top floor there should be a Lv. 70 Rayquaza. save the game before catching it because there's only one to catch.(Note:you'll need a mach bike in order to get to the top, and rayquaza is very hard to catch

If you have the cheat code device from action replay that is compatable with the nintendo ds and the game boy advance and game boy advance sp you can switch the codes around with your computer and data disk and get any pokemon or item (from pokemon red to fire red and leaf green) every legendary pokemon in my game plus its fun to get them and trade them to pokemon colosseum i got jirachi, deoxys, celebi, mew, mewtwo,lugia ho-oh, legendary birds and dogs, etc. but if you want jirachi to be in your pokedex you have to trade them to any other compatable game and trade it back to the original game then it will be in your pokedex also if you want to get male or female sex pokemon that are saphire or ruby exclusive all you do is download a ditto and put the pokemon you want it to have an egg with in the daycare and a hatch the egg
First u find a missingno and any shiny pokemon, then go to route 121 or 123 , and celebi should be there

Go to Fortree City and head west[>this way]. Then, head south at the water and you'll find a tomb, just like the regies are. Then go inside. Somewhere in the back you'll find a TM. It's Sunny Day. You should give it to your Castform you got earlier if it doesn't know it already, which it should've.

How do I get to Mirage island?
Solrock somtimes hold them + there are some laying around at meteor falls
Go to the space center in mosdeep city and talk to a man in the first floor he is at the side between two tables he will give it to you.
On the 2 floor of the space center
Some solirocks (found in the Metor Falls) hold sunstones. Use moves such as theif or trick on those pokemons once u encounter them. If it fails that means that solirock is not holding anything. Gud luck guys!
Use a sunstone for gloom or save it for fun and get a bellsom from trading in the game with that lady in pacilog
Lugia can not be caught in pokemon ruby. The unique form to caught it is with gameshark
If you waited for Pokemon XD, played it, caught and purified all the shadow pokemon and purified Lugia, then you can trade it to Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed or LeafGreen. The only problem is, you have to have the National Pokedex in those games you're trying to trade Lugia to...

You don't feed it berries; if you want it to be a Flarion, Jolteon, or Vaporean, look for the shards at the bottom of the ocean and trade them to the Jewel hunter, he will give you the stones. But if you want it to be an umbreon or Espeon, you need to train it to level 20, depening on if it's day or night it will evolve. (Umbreon=night; Espeon=Day)
You dont feed it berries you trade it to pokemon ruby and just keep tranning it until it evolves at day you get umbrion and at night you get espion.
No, you don't need berries. You only have to do is to use thunderstone if you want jolteon, firestone if you want flareon, and water stone if you want vaporeon. If you want eevee to evolve into espeon or umbreon, you need to rase his happiness.You need to trust eevee to you. If you want espeon, you need to train it at 12am to 11am. If you want umbreon, you need to train it at 12pm to 11pm. You should check the time in your house because in ruby, there's no daytime and nighttime. Thanks.

You can either catch pokemon or try to get Rayquaza at the very top of the Sky Pillar. (NOTE: To get Rayquaza, you will need the mach bike)
Also if you make a mistake with those pit holes than you have to start from the beginning.

The fourth gym leader is in lavaridge town. in order to get there you must beat Magma Leader Maxie and then go through the jagged pass. when you get out of the jagged pass go west and you're in lavaridge town

1. get the regi's down to the red zone but not 1HP 2. buy like 50 ultra balls for each one 3. be pacient ,it toke me 30 min to catch Registeel 4. they SAY regice is the easiest BUT I think regirock is. P.S. buy A lot of revives and Hyper poatins Regi's have some good moves up their sleaves.

4 me it was registeel, first use a manectric(spark) to cause paralysis get it's hp down to one, bring 30 ultra balls and it's yours. p.s be carefull, catch it before it loses all pp and uses struggle.

Instead of Ultra balls use timer balls. WHY? read the info on the timer ball by going into your bag and your answer is there.

Easy wailord is in route 129 but he is very hard to find and relicanth is underwater at
route 124 and 126.

Relicanth you find it around sootopolish in the seeweed. Wailord evolve that wail pokemon
You just need to fish for wailmer, then train it until it evolves into a wailord. to get a relicanth, you must have the move DIVE. go to the dark patches of water near the entrance to soootopolis. keep looking, then relicanth will eventually appear!

For him to make it, you nedd to go into Shoal Cave during high tide and low tide. During low tide, there are little lumps of sand, those are Shoal salt, collect 5. Get 5 shells and sand and give them to him. It just heals your pokemon in batle. You can't catch any pokemon on the moon. To get a Gold trainer card, do anything impressive-get fans, win lots of link battles,beat elite four, ect.
You don't need a gold card to get to the moon. you can get to the moon in both versions and to do that you have to go to the space center in mossdeep and wait until the guy next to the old guy says that there was the 50 successful lanch.

Like the last person said, dont listen to the 5th answer, on firered/leafgreen you will need to find the saphire gem and ruby gem to trade with ruby and saphire (NOTE: you will need both gems, not just the ruby one to trade with ruby or the other way around, you will need them both) then use them in the pokemon center on island one and you will then be able to trade with ruby and saphire.

A5 is wrong. You can make it possible to trade from Fire Red or Leaf Green. In Fire Red or Leaf Green, after beating the elite 4 and your Rival, go to Island one.
