O.K First of all I know your problem.You didn't beat team magma again.
Here is how:First,you go to route 127 or 128 you will see a big blob of dark sea use dive there go through it (it has some dead ends too) then you will see a cave opening go in and you will see a white submarine that team magma took.Go to the shore pass all of the team magma people.You will need the Red Orb* That shimers in the light.Then you will see Groudon.He is Sleeping.Then Maxie will come and you will battle him.Go,Fight,Win.Then he will use his Blue Orb* to try to control groudon.Boy does that go overboard.Groudon escapes and pokemon will die because of the heat and the sunlight.Only you can stop that.Then team Agua takes control.Finally Steven comes he said he is going to Sootopolis City.Then he flys there.You go there too.Go to the cave of origon.Steven and Wallace will be there.Now you should have the red orb then they will let you in.You will need Flash because Groundon is in the cave that is dark.When you find him your orb will glow and you will battle him.I recommened you have a lot of Ultra Balls.His Attacks are...
Bulk up,Fire Blast,Earthquake ,and Slash.If you want to catch him in 2-3
times thats like totally easy.Here is what you do for that:Keep Pressing Y
then you will catch him.Now back to what you want.When you catch him Steven will be infront of the Gym and say"Wallace wants to thank you for your help." Now you can battle him.P.S:I would restore your pokemon to full health also.

When you get to Ever Grande city, there should be a fisherman just looking at the water. Talk to him and he will give you the TM:Waterfall.
At the cave of origin you can fine there a hm waterfall at the dark area where you need to use flash

U get waterfall in the cave of origin in sootopolis
There will be a poke ball while your giong threw the cave of the origion to fight groudon
When you go and catch groundon, you will find a cave go in amd run aroung and you will find a pokeball and get it.
