You have to beat team magma and then the gym leader will let you go to the cave of origin and kill or capture groudon(i used master ball)then the gym will be open

You should go to the Seafloor Cavern and there are many Team Magma members. At the end you will see Groudon sleeping and you will be stopped by Maxie, the leader of the group. Then the orb of Maxie will glow then Groudon will flee....... After that you will be tasked to go to the Cave of Origin. You will see Groudon waiting for you and you will battle it. Go to Pacifidlog Town, use surf, then go left until you found a diving spot, dive into it, then go south until you found a braille, then read the brail, it says: dive up. After reading the braille use dive. Now you are in the Sealed Chamber. Walk to the end of the room in the middle facing the Braille, and use Dig, then a door will open. Having a Relicanth as the first Pokemon in your party and a Wailord as the last or Wailord first and Relicanth as the last, wait in the back of the room facing th brail. There WILL be an earthquake if you did it right, then a box will tell you that three doors have opened.

In the Dewford cave there are some rocks that can break with rock smash. Try it for a while until Nosepass comes

Volt tackle is not available on ruby
You need to breed a Pikachu that is holding a Light Ball with another Pikachu of a different gender. And the egg that you obtained from the Day-care couple will hatch into a Pichu. That Pichu, if you check its moves, has Volt Tackle (Only in Emerald). -Answer by:shinyboy258

The best way to beat the gym leader on fortree is using rock type pokemon or electric type pokemon.
I Only use Blaziken in lvl. 50 and my pelliper lvl. 50 too....

Celebi and Diglett cannot be found in Ruby/Sapphire. If you want to get Celebi, trade with a friend who received it in an event. And to get Diglett, trade with a friend who is playing Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green.
Mirage Island..... you need to match your Pokemons number with the number of the island. REMEMBER, Mirage Island's number changes every day and your Pokemons' numbers changes every time you deposit it in the PC.

skitty is very rare but the is a solution to your dilemma. after you beat the elite 4 special news reports will inform you of unnatural swarms of usually rare pokemon, i know for sure surskit is one, latios/as is seen flying over the hoeen region and i think skitty is having and outbreak. when you hear this news get poke balls and run to the swarm! there is no garuntee itll ever happen again!

I beat the elite 4 then a few days later, on the TV it said there was an outbreak of skitties. So beat the elite 4 then keep on checking the tv's. When you beat the elite 4 there will also be offers for Mauville Game Corner and Lilicove Department store.

Go to the soal cave let the wave settel down n then proceed go trough out the cv nd later u'll find a fighting dojo,he give's you a item.At the right u'll see a boulder push it n try 2 figure out a way on your own 2 get in.when you get in u'll see an icy area get in n start looking for snorunt(anothrer thing is u'll get lots of zubat,spheal n golbat)..........i'd say you take some one knowing sweet scent n keep using it within 10turn u'll probably find a snorunt.

Information: Snorunt is found in the deepest part of the Shoal Cave. It is very choosy when it comes to capturing. I couldn't capture it by Poke Ball but I caught it with a Great Ball in just 1 try.
Steps in Capturing Snorunt:
Step 1: Go to the Deepest part of Shoal Cave - [HM's needed: Strength ---only when low tide---].
Step 2: Walk/Run/Bike around. It is uncommon so wait patiently while walking around the icy floor.
Step 3: When it appears, try to weaken it first. If possible, try to get its HP drop to the red level. If your Pokemon are too strong and you couldn't weaken it effectively, I suggest you to use Ultra Balls.

You can't fight the gym leader Wallace if you don't defeat groudon , so just go in the cave of origin and on the last floor there is groudon capture it or defeat it , but I suggest that if you want to capture don't use you're master ball save it just use ultra ball or timer ball ,
After you captured or defeat groudon go to the gym and defeat the gym leader ,
inside the gym you may have trouble because you can step only once per tile in the ice

Go to the cave of orgin and if thier is a team magma member( I am not sure because I am aldready past it) fight him/her. then go to the pokemon center to heal up. go to the cave of orgin and save the game then enter. make your way through at a point of time you are going to have to use hm flash (if you have it) in the cave capture groudon this is going to be very hard. heal up and fight the gym

In rustboro city , find the cutter's house , it is not hard to find because it has a sign saying " Cutter's House"
Go to the cutter's house to the left pokemon center in rustboro city.
The hm cut is in rustboro city. there is a sine that sez something bout cuttin then you go inside and ther iz thiz man and he gives you the hm.
Go to Rusturbo and I believe the CUTTER"S HOUSE is next to the pokemart...
