To find surf you beat the 4th gym and go to wallys house and his dad will give it to you, so to get dive steven give it to you in his house in mossdeep town and dig I think you get it in lavaridge town im not sure though
I have a blaziken lv 57 (but I beat the leauge 4 times) anyway just use double kick or something but I recormend you use a tropis because it learns razor leaf and its super affective and your second like a sealo because it learns water and ice and there both super affective.

Well theres one abuf dewford town another near fortree and one at the dessert.also I recomend you use ultra
I heard that after 30 turns a timer ball gets stronger then an ultra ball. hope this helps =[)
What you want to do is get like 50 timer balls 50-30 hyper and super potions and a strong pokemon with weak attacks then you make the battle go to at least 20 turns done so far then every round use timer balls and if pokemon is low on health use a potion and eveentually you it gets captured this is exactly how I got mega metal icy terror and rocky rumble (yes of course I nicknamed them).
Regirock is in the dessert regice at dewford city go up and you'l see a hiker go up and there it is and registeel is by a ninja boy and a bug manic ps: I caut regirock with a great ball

Check rocks and you can get them on luvdisks.

Mossdeep city is at the east of Lilycove city ,not the city of Sootopolis but that other ,between it and Ever Grande city(the most east place of the map).
You go to lilycove city and surf east until you find a island with weird looking swampy trees... If you get seasick... Deal with it,(that is what happened to me)

After you obtain it, find captain Stern(he should be in Slateport where the dock is) and talk to him. He will offer a trade. you can trade the scanner for a the tooth or a deep sea scale. They both raise the s. attack of clampearl. if you trade clampearl while holding the tooth, it will evolve into huntaile. If it has the scale equipped, it will evolve into gorybyss.

When I start the game, it says my game's internal battery has run dry, and clock based events won't occur because of it. Can it be repaired or is it dead forever?

Nothing will happen it just says that to scare you or somin nothing happens
All it does is it stops time. or in other words the clock in your room wont work
It can be repaired, in fact I just reapired one for a friend. Take a screwdriver, on that fits in the screw of course, or you can use a small set of needle nose pliers. Take out the watch battery and replace the battery, connect the terminals of the game and put the case back together. then your game should work.

For regice go stare at the brail for two minutes (his cave is the one floating on water) then the door should open. Then for regirock go to the middle of the brail. then go right twice then down twice. then use strength. the door should open (his cave is the one in the desert). For registeel go to the middle of the room and use fly . the door should open. (his cave is the one on route 119 where it rains alot). hope this helps.

You get hm surf after deafeating your own father. Then go to the house next to your father's gym. That is Wally's real house. The one at Vendanturf is Wanda's house, Wally's cousin. Then later go see your mother. She will give you an amulet coin.

No you enter (mystery gift is exciting) then go to pokemart and there should be a lette on counter open clerk tells you something save reset then you have mystery gift

Once you have defeated the pokemon master and restart the game go to pacifidlog town. Go to your right and use surf. I'm not sure how far but stay up and you will see an opening in between some rocks and you will have to maneuver around them. Go up so and you will find a cave, go through there and up to the sky tower. To get to the top of the sky tower you will need a Mach Bike. Once you get to the top Rayquaza will be up there waiting.
