Pick a pokemon like zigzagoon that special thing is called pick up walk around and eventuly you will find that it is holding somthing . if its not a rare candy then keep trying

Get a zigzagoon or linoone or phanpy. train it up to about level 35-40. if you got phanpy, don't let it evolve! then, walk around a lot. (you can get rare candies off of LV.2 pokemons but they get way more at higher levels.)you should also get many of the pokemon. on my ruby version I had a Blaziken and five Zigzagoons and I got like 20 rare candies off of them. GOOD LUCK! get a linoone cuz' it's way better.

1. go to Victory Road, to the part where you don't have to use Flash.
2.find a Zubat, level 36. it should know Mean Look. catch it.
3.train it up one level. LET IT EVOLVE INTO GOLBAT!
4.Max out its friendship. you can train it to LV. 39, but that's it!
5. The lady in Verdanturf Town can see Golbat's friendship. when she says, "It adores you. It can't possibly love you more. I even feel happy seeing it.", train it to LV. 40 and let it evolve into Crobat. don't train it any more!
6.give it the Quick Claw, and buy many Ultra and Timer Balls and Max Repels. HAVE FUN! (use the Max Repels to get the Lati to you)

First you need to complete the elite 4. then go in the sea from the beach below slateport and surf down and left staying high until you get to a broken ship go in and find the key for the room with the scanner in then go to the scientist futher in the boat he will tell you to take it to cpt stern (after you can go back to the scientist and he will give you somthing) take the scaanner to cpt stern at the harbour in slateport and then go out then back in and the boat will be there he will give you an ss ticket and then talk to the lady and say you want to go to battle tower. hope this helps.
You first need to get the TM Secret Power from the TM shop in Lilycove City. Then, teach it to one of your Pokemon (any can learn it). Find a large tree randomly in the routes, and use the TM on it. Also, if you find a small indent or a small box in the side of a wall, that can be used also. If you search the route right outside Meteor Falls, they have quite a few there.
