To get latias or latios, beat the pokemon league 2 times,then Search in the very tall grass. Kyogre is in sootopolis city. raquaza is up in this wierd place with a windmill in pacifidlog town. latias is near lilycove city in the grass or in the water near mount pyre. latias is also found near fortee city in the grass. latiases last known place is in the grassy places near verdanturf town and in the water near mauville city. you can only find latias if you have beaten the elite four. you must have five stars to catch either deoxys or jirachi. to find regirock, registeel and regice you must catch a wailord and a relicanth. wailmers are best to catch on route 28 with a super rod. I caught a level 43 wailmer there. all you have to do is level the wailmer up once if its level is higher than 40. to catch a relicanth dive at sootopolis and you will find relicanth eventually. it is so rare it took me an hour to find! then once you have relicanth and wailord put the wailord in the last slot and put relicanth in the first slot. go to a strange town called pacifidlog town and once you are there go to the currens always take the bottom current if you want to find the sealed chamber. once you are under the water there will be this sign. it says dive up here. you will find the sealed chaamber get a pokemon that has dig and dig up the big wall at the end. go through the wall and you will see another chamber. go up to the front and read the big words ont the wall. after that press b and a big earth quake will happen that is when words on thwe bottom will say something like three caverns have opened up. the place to find regirock is at the desert south at the desert.regice is around the rim of rout 104 105 and 106. registeel is on route 120. pack up lots of money and ultra ball because the three regi`s are hard to catch!! you want to save your masterball for latias because there isnt a possible way to attack latias he will just keep running away before you can attack him that is all you need to know about finding all thwe rare pokemon!

1st make sure you have got the TM dive and the TM surf ( with a pokemon that is able to learn them or has already learned them in your party pokemon). Then go to Sootapolis and surf to the bottom where the sea is dark blue. Now use dive and it will take you underwater. go searching the seaweed and you will find Clamperls, Chinchous and Relicanth. Relicanth is very are so it will take quite a long time to find it (around 10 minutes for me) and then when you have caught one. I advise you to use a dive ball because I caught it first time with full health. When you have finished use dive again and it will take you back up to the surface. You can dive on route 128 and then find a submarine and then dive again and you will find team aquas team base. You will need push and rock smash. YOU NEED TO DIVE IN THE DARK BLUE BITS. IT WONT WORK ON THE LIGHT BLUE BITS

When the tide is low, keep searching for a hole(cave inlet) go inside one and if the room is lite-blue (icey) you find a snorunt(eventually)

Wait until the water dries up. I think this is after you beat the Elite Four and it kind of alternates. Anyways, go until you see the kind of ice you would see in the Jhoto region where you slide across it until you hit a rock or wall. Try to catch as many as possible because it's not so easy. Also in that cave area, look for a pokeball which will be a nevermeltice which boosts ice attacks.

As far as I know, snowrunt only appears on saphire and is found everwhere inside shoal cave. you will have to search for a while to come across one. more than likely on level 26 or close to that level

This is a trick I learned from my cousin. On some days, the water in Shoal Cave lowers. Explore in there a bit, and you will come across an icy area where you can find Snorunts. AND Shoal Salt is in Shoal Cave at that time too! (except there is no salt in the icy areas)

Duh! read the instructions! you can find him in sootopolis city
to get there surf down from mossdeep until you see a big white rock with diving spots. dive at the front of the rock and go inside of the little hole in the wall then dive up. NOTE: the gym will be closed. you will have to go on the island to the right and travel straight up it you will see a right turn at the top. follow it till you get to a cave. wallace will be there. to battle him you will have to go into the cave and you will meet the team magma/aqua boss. fight the boss and capture the kyogre(kyogre is lvl 40 so be careful). you can then go outside the cave and back to the water. in the middle of the water will be a gym on a lone island. go inside and try not to break the ice panels. only step on each ice panel once and each ice panel must have been stepped on to open the stairs. be careful if you step on an ice panel 2 times you will fall into a crowd of trainers. after evry single ice panel has been cracked you will unlock stairs to more ice panels. the last ice panel you step on must be next to the stairs or you are knacked. keep repeating this till you get to wallace. his pokemon are in their 50's so have some lvl 60 electric or grass types as his pokemon are water types. GOOD LUCK!

Once you find an underwater doorway go in it there willbe a small room(You need the HM Dive) press b it will say light is filtering from above would you like to use dive? Say yes and you are in Soothopas!( sorry for spelling) Then go directly north and the gym is there! Now you have to figure out how to step on each floor tile once then the ice at the top will turn into stairs and keep doing that untill you get to Wallace!
