It is in evergrande city.you will need all badges though. the only way you can get there is if you go to mauville city keep going right until you reached some water use surf to get across(its on route118) then go on route 119 until you get to fortree city, take rout 120,then rout 121 untill you get to liilycovecity, use surf on the sea which is route 124, keep going right untill you get to route125 then stop, and go down, keep going down on route 127, when you get to route 128 stop and turn right keep going untill you see a big island and find the waterfall and go up it then go through victory road and then youll find the battle frontier -Answer by:mw2525

Forget the guy that just told you that bunch of crap. the real way to get to the battle frontier is to beat the pokemon league and then you must call scott and he will tell you how to get to the frontier.

Here's what you do. Before you go to bed at night, put the pokemon you want to evolve in the daycare center. Then, get the acro bike. Go to mauville city and through the sandstorm. Try to go up the slope once you get out of the sandstorm. You can't right? so tape your up arrow down on your gameboy/ds or put something heavy on it so that you keep trying to go up the slope. This counts as taking steps, which will make your pokemon grow. After 8 hours, one of my pokemon grew 25 levels, and the other grew 19 levels. That way, they've probably reached the level they need to be at to evolve. If they have passed the level they need to evolve, just train them up one more level and it will evolve.

One way is to go to an area with the strongest pokemon you can find, [and have a pokemon strong enough to easily knock them out, then have the pokemon you want to evolve go out first, then switch it out right away to your stronger pokemon. It's just a faster way to level them up.

Okay, get a Rayuaza and teach it thunderbolt, surf,fly, and outrage. You should be able to beat the elite 4 with it. Then give the pokemon you want to evolve and give it exp. share. battle the elite four over and over. It should evolve soon.
