A1: Sorry u cant get celebii in ruby u have to get it fron another version like blue oe red witch cant trade to ruby so u get celebii fromm game shark.

A2: No , the only way to get celebi in in ruby/sapphire is to trade it from one of the earlyer games where it was available(VIA a nintendo event.) or using a gameshark.

Q: Where are all the HMs?

A1: U find them from differnt trainers or gym leaders

A2: The first hm is found after beating gym 1. :) you get cut after you go to rustbro and search all in side of every building until an audult boy gives you hm1!!!

A3: You find it from different gym leaders and people and you find the hm dive in the cave of origin in sootopolis city. Also tm's are found on the ground everywhere.

A1: You can on certain types of pokemon games but don't try Rayquaza or any other rare ones or you will loose them forever

A2: Yes you can heres how: Pokemon Duplication (Clone) Put the pokemon you want to clone in an empty box, then take it out and put it in another box (make sure it's a different box), then save. But when it says "Saving do not turn off power," turn it off. The next time you turn the game back on there should be two of the pokemon you cloned. i got this cheat off of www.cheatplanet.com

A3: Yes but you can only copy pokemon emerald version,by going to the actual battle tower or frontier not sure, then go to the pc and depoist the pokemon that you want to clone,then get off pc then save,then get back the pokemon that you depoisited then go to the lady that has i think it was 4 balls on the mat then talk to her and say yes you want to battle and she says lvl 50 or open lvl, say open lvl then choose two pokemon that you want to battle,then the first time she says "do you want to save?" say yes then the second time she says do you want to save say no then turn off gamebey then trun back on. then look at your pc and the pokemon with you and you'll have two of them. (P.S. it worked for me now i have like 20 feebases.) but you cannot clone pokemon like mew,mewtwo,groudon,kyogre,rayquaza,lugia and ho-oh.

A1: You get Masterballs by going to Team Aqua/Magma's base. Go to the room with many Pokeballs. I forget, but I think the Pokeball in the back is a Masterball. Also, you can win the lottery in Lilycove's department store.

Q: How do you get shards?

A1: U use dive in the deep parts of water. use ur itemfinder under water and it will guide u to the shards. go to hunters house and trade them for stones.yellow shard for thunder stone, blue shard for water stone, green for leaf stone, andred for fire stone.

A2: You dive at circles that are dark and they will lead some where and most of them lead to red, yellow, green, and blue shards. I think 1 of them leads to a calcium. PS: dark spots in light areas UNDERWATER, is an item, there is items under the sand there . if there are patches with out seaweed in an area that has alot of seeweed, there might be an item there! Undewr water tips by : May ;)

A3: You can get them sometimes if you use dive, near ever grande in the sea. If you see a bubble on the floor were you have dived, go up to it and press b. You might get a shard.

A4: Teach a pokemon thief, dive, wait till a clampearl attacks you then use thief. it doesnt always work. but make sure the pokemon your using isnt holding a item or it will never work. the new item will be held by the pokemon until you take it. golbat works best

A2: You dive by going to a darker area in the water then press your ok butten make sure you you have the pokemon who knows dive and itll ask you if you want to dive find somewhere near the island

A1: After u beat the elite 4 go to pacifalog town and surf east i and there will be an opening at the top of the rout to a big cave. go in it and u'll have to go into the tower where there are a maze of cracks in the ground which u need to get over with the mach bike, u probly want to use a masterball if u have one or save before u fight him and use ultra ballz

A2: Go to pacificlodge town and goeast and u will see rocks. You will see an opening then go through the gap and you will approach an island and a tall stiff building. Enter and you are where the monster sleeps!!!! ( Mach bike required trust me you need it) Hope I helped I know its there!

A4: U have to go to a place called the Ozone Layer.U catch him at LV.70 I think. (I know I wasn't that much help!)

You beat the POKEMON LEAGE go to SKY PILLAR ( If you don't know go to Pocifalog SURF right you'll see a wall of rocks go in and SURF left then up there's SKY PILLAR) get on you're MACH BIKE andat the top is RAQUAZA! TIP : (SAVE BEFORE YOU BATTLE RAQUAZA)

A6: You fly to pacificlodge town and swim towards slate port city. swim upper because then you will see an opening. you keep going through that rocky path and you will see an island that looks like a huge building. i think it's called the sky tower. you have to bring a mach bike becaause they have the trap rock things like in the sootopolis gym. it's really hard. after you make it into the room that the pokemon is in, you save. fight with a strong pokemon because it's sorta really strong. it's not level 70 though. about 30. use a master ball if you have action replay. if you don't, then just make it really weak. it knows the move rest which makes it fall asleep but also makes it regain health. good luck!

A7: The last answers are wrong. the building is called sky pillar. and it doesn't evolve from chimecho. You don't need to beat the league four. I've caught him before it which helped defeat it. but don't forget the mach bike because you'll need. you must get used to riding it because there will be sharp tuns and if you stop you'll fall through the holes if you stop on one. one point you need to fall down to get to stairs but other than that don't fall!

A1: Yes, though you need to trade one from FireRed or LeafGreen.

A2: Nope. u f 2 trade it frm firered version. But eevee will evolve into espeon or umbreon in ruby version depends in how much it likes u n the time. ( night: umbreon ) ( morning: espeon)

A3: Catch a loonatune in Meteor falls and it sometimes is holding a moonstone there is about 60-90% of this working

A4: No because evee is only registered in the kanto and joto but if you traded one of your pokemon to fire red or leaf green i gues it would be possable

A5: In ruby,you cant find an eevee there.But in leaf green theres an eevee there.If you want an eevee in ruby you will need to trade.

A6: In fire red/ leaf green, put an evee and a ditto in the daycare center. Wait a little while and come back (this may take a few days) you will eventually find an egg. Make sure you have five pokemon in your party and talk to the daycare guy. He will give you the egg. Walk around with the egg until it hatches. It will become an evee. Trade that evee into you ruby versuion with the GBA link cable.
