To answer both questions, you need Rock Smash. You can get this HM by going to Mauville and talking to the man in the house in the bottom right corner of town. Note, though, you need the badge from the Mauville Gym to use it.
You need to get to an old man in a shack that can drive a boat and he will drive you to 2 islands one has a cave that has good pokemon in it and the 2ed one is the other towns the 2ed town you get two has a the thunder gym leder and when you beet him he gives you rock smash and thats how you get rid of that rouck
You have to get TM rocksmash from this guy at Maulvill but you can't get to maulvill unless you fly or go to the old guy with the boat and travel to slateport then u travel to maulvill on bike or walk.
First, you need to teach one of you're pokemon Rock Smash and you need the Mauvile Badge. Then go to the rock, crush it, and you can walk freely from those to towns. There should be a couple there too, they will thank you ( I think they will give you something) and then they will leave.

First you have to deliver the devon goods. you go to the mueseum in Slateport and once all the magma members are out you can go on cycling road and get to mauville. then you have to beat the third gymleader which is wattson. he has electric type pokemon. once you beat him you go to the house on the end when you enter. You have to go to the submarine when you enter sootopolis city that was stolen by team magma and then you use dive again and go to the top and go to groudon's layer and battle team magma's leader. I think you have to capture groudon and then you go to sootopolis and he will let you in.
Fly to Pacifigelog,surf left. you'll have to find your way to the middle of the rapids, I have not done this in a while. once you get to the center, dive. you will arive in a cave walk forward until you hit a wall. Then use dig. Once again, walk forward until you hit a big rock. Press A. There will be a earthquake. You just unlocked the Regis doors. You will find Regirock in the desert ruins,you will have to use strength somewhere in that ruin to get to him. To get to Regice go to the Island cave. Press A to read the ancient readings and leave it on the readings for about 5 minutes. a door will open to get to Regice. Registeel in a big rock past Foretree City. Once in the rock, go to the middle of the room and use fly. this will take you to Registeel.

If you pick treeko as yr starter pokemon, catch a water pokemon and train it to about lvl 30 or get a pokemon which can learn water attacks ( wingull ) ground type moves work as well ( nosepass/geodude.both frm dewford )

It's not what poke'mon, per se...there is a sequence number that changes every time you turn your game on that has the same amount of numbers as your trainer number. When you carry a pokemon that has that exact number, the man in pacifidlog will say 'I see mirage island today.' It's best to trade as many pokemon as you can, and carry ones with different trainer numbers and visit the old man. Since the number changes every time you turn it on, you can keep trying by saving the game in pacifidlog town by the old man's front door, and trying over and over to see if he sees the island. No. Besides, it's Latios, not Latias in Ruby. You need the Eon Ticket (get it from a Nintendo Event in real life) to get Latias in Ruby. Only trouble is, I can't seem to use my Eon Ticket even though I have it...

No , the only way to get celebi in in ruby/sapphire is to trade it from one of the earlyer games where it was available(VIA a nintendo event.) or using a gameshark.

Yes but you can only copy pokemon emerald version,by going to the actual battle tower or frontier not sure, then go to the pc and depoist the pokemon that you want to clone,then get off pc then save,then get back the pokemon that you depoisited then go to the lady that has i think it was 4 balls on the mat then talk to her and say yes you want to battle and she says lvl 50 or open lvl, say open lvl then choose two pokemon that you want to battle,then the first time she says "do you want to save?" say yes then the second time she says do you want to save say no then turn off gamebey then trun back on. then look at your pc and the pokemon with you and you'll have two of them. On emerald you go to battle tower go on your pc deposit 1-5 pokemon in an empty box log off and save then withdraw them talk to the multi battle lady on the far right enter open level and when it says saving dont turn off the power turn your game off then when you go back on they will be in your pc and your party note you can clone items to just give it to the pokemon also you can cone legendaries just dont enter them in the contest I hope I helped

U use dive in the deep parts of water. use ur itemfinder under water and it will guide u to the shards. go to hunters house and trade them for stones.yellow shard for thunder stone, blue shard for water stone, green for leaf stone, andred for fire stone.
You dive at circles that are dark and they will lead some where and most of them lead to red, yellow, green, and blue shards. I think 1 of them leads to a calcium.
PS: dark spots in light areas UNDERWATER, is an item, there is items under the sand there . if there are patches with out seaweed in an area that has alot of seeweed, there might be an item there!

You can get them sometimes if you use dive, near ever grande in the sea. If you see a bubble on the floor were you have dived, go up to it and press b. You might get a shard.
Teach a pokemon thief, dive, wait till a clampearl attacks you then use thief. it doesnt always work. but make sure the pokemon your using isnt holding a item or it will never work. the new item will be held by the pokemon until you take it. golbat works best

You fly to pacificlodge town and swim towards slate port city. swim upper because then you will see an opening. you keep going through that rocky path and you will see an island that looks like a huge building. i think it's called the sky tower. you have to bring a mach bike becaause they have the trap rock things like in the sootopolis gym. it's really hard. after you make it into the room that the pokemon is in, you save. fight with a strong pokemon because it's sorta really strong. it's not level 70 though. about 30. use a master ball if you have action replay. if you don't, then just make it really weak. it knows the move rest which makes it fall asleep but also makes it regain health. good luck!
The last answers are wrong. the building is called sky pillar. and it doesn't evolve from chimecho. You don't need to beat the league four. I've caught him before it which helped defeat it. but don't forget the mach bike because you'll need. you must get used to riding it because there will be sharp tuns and if you stop you'll fall through the holes if you stop on one. one point you need to fall down to get to stairs but other than that don't fall!

In fire red/ leaf green, put an evee and a ditto in the daycare center. Wait a little while and come back (this may take a few days) you will eventually find an egg. Make sure you have five pokemon in your party and talk to the daycare guy. He will give you the egg. Walk around with the egg until it hatches. It will become an evee. Trade that evee into you ruby versuion with the GBA link cable.

Best is to use a Blazinken at lvl 60> with moves like Sky Uppercut , Overheat and Blaze Kick . And as suggest a 75 Rayquaza and a lvl 60> Groudon or Kyogre . You should have some full restores . Hope it helps !
I used septile, rayguaza, azumaril, kyoger, groudon (i got kyoger and groudon from a friend) and swellow swellow was lvl 53, sceptile lvl 74, rayguaza lvl 70, azumaril lvl 58 - 60, kyoger lvl 59, groudon lvl 65 these may not be the exact levels as I can't remember the exact levels and was a while ago. this are the approx. lvls though as close as I could and are about right. hope I helped

To find bagon, go to the piece of land where you found dragon claw. then, o walk around and the is bagon. i found mine at level 35 good luck.
