There is no way but its not that hard I beat the elite 4 my first try 20 revives 20 max potoins with highest lvl 53 (kingdra) then groudon 47 and a few other didnt even use except to heal the only good one is stevan's last pokemon lvvl 53 reallly goood

Yes. First beat Sydney. Then after that take out your ruby version. Don't turn your game off. Then put in another GBA game that already beat the Elite Four. After that put back in your ruby version. Now turn the game off. Turn it back on. And there you have it you beat the Elite Four. You will be at the credits. Press start to skip it. You will then be at your room.
You have to weaken it untill the colour of its hp is red use a move that puts it to sleep keep on useing what ever pokeball you want ang you should be able to catch after a little while

For the pc when you start the game you normally play on top of the game box you fill find an option saying cheats click it then many options show like search cheats etc.click the one saying cheat list click it then another box appears then click whatever the cheat is gameshark or codebreaker put the description and code then click o.k the the cheat appears in beside the cheat on the right is a small box click it and the cheat code will work -Answer by:sharek salam
You get it by fishing at the routes of sea and more specificly near mossdeep and route 128 ,it evolve to Wailord at lvl40 but you may find it as well as a wild pokemon at route 129 near Ever Grande city.
U get them at the the psychc badge then go to the shallow water then use your fishing rod in the water and you will find a wailmerbut if you want a wailord you have o get it up to lvl 40 then you have 1
To find wailmer go to lily cove city then go to the water on closer on team magma hideout......
Juz use a super rod.you can get it ALMOST anywhere.even at the water area in mauville near the cycling road
I got mine using the super rod in the ocean in mossdeep city but if you want a whalelord you need to surf to route 129 then start to fish with the super rod

Get waterfall and teach it to yr pokemon.you can get it frm the cave of origin where you catch groudon at sootopolis
One you beat the 4 gim go to the house nextdoor talk to the man and he will give you the hm waterfall teach it to a pokemon and use it

In ruby and sapphire, maybe in emerald groudon is in the cave of origin keep going up each ladder be sure to check everywhere on the floors until you see a pokeball and it has hm waterfall if you don't have it after defeating or capturing groudon and checked everywhere I'm sorry D: , but if you do, good! :D
After beating the weather legendary (groudon/kyogre) in the cave of origin, finish the gym in the same city and the gym leader will give you the HM waterfall.Teach it to a water-type pokemon and you are ready to go.

Ok, so you have to get a wailord (wailmer at level 40 evolve)and relicanth (dive near sootopolis and look for a LONG time). Go to Pacificlog Town and ride the currents on the left of town. (Stay to the bottom of the currentsalways!) Then you find a dive spot. You dive there and you will find braille. Use dive again and you will find a bunch of braille around the room. Go to the top of the room and dig. Go to the end of that room and press A at that braille. Then you will hear an earthquake, and hear a clang three times. Next get out of there and go to the desert in route 111. Go down until you find a cave with 6 rocks around it. Go in there. Walk up to the braille then go to the right two spaces, then two space down and use strength. The braille will open up and regirock will be waiting for you, lv. 40. Hope I helped with regirock.

You need a relicanth and a wailord. go to pacifiglig town and go to the very bottom of the wood. then surf strait left until you come to an island with rocks. go through the rocks, then surf to a square dive spot, dive down. once you are underwater go down to this braile writing. it says go up here, dive up and you are in a cave. go to the end of the cave to the center of the writing, and you touch it with relicanth first in your party and wailord last. when you press A, there will be trembling. and you have unlocked the three regi's caves!
