The statue in the lookout point must say it is pointing at bowerstone

The staute will be pointing at Bowerstone at about 12:00 at night, you can get the right time easily by sleeping at bowerstone and running out to statue when you wake up
Wait until the statue in lookout point is pointing to bowerstone. The cellar will be unlocked
The cellar isn't in Bowerstone North, it's in Bowerstone South. You have to wait for the statue at Lookout Point to be pointing at Bowerstone, to know for sure just interact with the statue and it will say where it's pointing. When it's pointing at Bowerstone, the cellar doors will be unlocked.
I didn't go thru all that... I just went to the greys house...went inside...defeated the undead in there and the cellar underneath that house was opened... I went down got everyhting I could parchment etc. and headed out beat all the undead in the area... talked to the demon gate...left for bowerstone south and when I got there, the cellar was open... Ps: dont froget to wipe the grey house clean as well...:)

Yes after you beat him in dragon form its not worth it bad armer rating and you cant take it of or ware any helmits
You can wear it after you beat Jack in his Dragon form, but you can't take it off, and it has no special properties besides scaring the snot out of people.
It's not really Jack in his dragon form, it's Jack in his normal form. Jack IS a Dragon. You need Fable: The Lost Chapters to wear his mask, you can choose at the end of the game.

For Fable The Lost Chapters get 25 silver keys and go to the Necropolis, and you can get Archon's Battle Armor which gives you 1001 armor or get the "Daemon" Warrior helm and Dark Plate Armor and that totals up to 1000 armor.

You get it in oakvale on the the bottom left hand beach. ther are two face down bowts. one is broke one is not. first go to the store and buy a spade if you dont have one then go to beach and dig some were in the senter of them witch is hard becaus it does not tell u to dig when you grt it go talk to lady gray and do the next quest for here.
At Ockvale, go down to the beach and you will see a jetty. to your right you will see two boats to your right. in the middle of it take out your spade and dig there. thus you have her neckless

To access the cellar door of bowerstone you must try and enter when the statue at lookout point is pointing at bowerstone, Also when the statue is pointing at greatwood you will find a chest in great wood containing a piercing augmentation.
At the statue of maze at night at 11:00 it will point to bowerstone when it does go to the cellar and it will open

One of the mushrooms is in the guildwoods. A guy named Cyril has it but you gotta go to oakvale and give a love letter to a chick he likes. Another one is in Barrow Fields you have to buy it for 1500 I belive. Theres another one in the guild, you need a fishing rod because its in the fishing spot by the demon door. The last one is in the Picnic Area, the old lady wants you to make her laugh. (just do the laugh expression, or the chicken cock etc.) she will laugh and give u a mushroom after the third time she laughs.
U get one from heros guild forest and fish next to the demon dorr and steal the mushroom from the dude in barrow fields and make the person laugh in bowerstone picnic area
U go to barrow fields and after u complete the traders rescue quest and talk to the trader that is by a table with a blue mushroom on it.He will tell u that he sold the rest of them to the guys outside of the heroes guild,the women in the picnic area,and a man that is havin a party in witchwood.plus u can buy his(cost like 1500 or 1000).
The first mushroom is in the picnic area, talk to the lady and she'll make you laugh for her ans she'll eventually give it to you. the second one is in burrow fields, the trader has it but you have to steal it or kill him and then take it, another one is in the heroes guild at the pond where the demon door is, u have to fish for it, and the last one u have to get from the guild woods. talk to the man and he'll give you a letter, take it to the lady in oakvale...the one standing by the well...then u have to go back and forth between these people and the man will give you the mushroom..or an easier way would be to kill the people that have the mushrooms.......hope it helps.....

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it does mean that you won't fight Thunder. Although becoming the Mayor through a non-combatant way was a nice change, I'm not sure Lionhead thought it through too well. Many people will now just skip the old version of finding the necklace then killing Thunder, and choose the version in which you discover Lady Grey is a murderer just because it's shorter.

Go to oakvale then go to the right of the harbor there will be two broken boats dig in between them

Ok so first you talk to all the people in Bowerstone North that like to "Gossip" then the last one will tell you to go to oakvale. When you get to oakvale go to the cemetary and there will be 2 traders talking about where they hid the necklace.(YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THIS) Sneak up by them or they wont talk. They will say that they burried the necklace between 2 destroyed canoes on the beach. Use a spade and you will get the necklace
Go to the memorial graveyard in the north of Oakvale and overhere the two peasants talking about the spot. Ot just go to the western beach of Oakvale and you will find it on the right side of the jetty in between the twon boats.
You have to go to the gave yard and you'll see 2 men standing there, go on the other side and sneak, sneak right by the wall and listen they'll tell you it is on the beach between 2 small boats....

This is pretty simple. In Bowerstone N you have to talk to all the men until one of them tells you that Lady Grays Necklace is in Oakvale. Then when in Oakvale you need to go into the Graveyard. In the graveyard there are two traders that are talking to each other, but when you get close they stop. walk around the wall until you are behind them and then one of them says where he stashed the necklcae
