How do you defeat, Pins and Needles, the first boss level, in Tak and the Power of Ju Ju, please?

A1:

When they fire at you, keep trying to be near one of them, then move away quickly, so , that they actually fire at each other. just keep doing this, until one is destroyed, and you only have one left to deal with. then, use you`re cane, and aim it at them, making sure you keep it loaded with nut`s, from the four places provided.You have to be as quick as you can.
