You need to find the container that seals it compleatly I think it is in the water purification room on the side of the fence that has no water. once you have it fill it up in that one room.

If you are in the duct on the same floor as the security room(the room you put the codes in)use the red valve weel and you will raise the lader climb it go in the door in front of you then do to the end of the room by the shutter door and there will be a memo with the codes on it.

The v-pioson you have to go to get it from giant bees the p base from the sewer tunnel the t-blood you have to get it from the thanatos zap him and he drops it and you get it
In the first senerio you have to stay alive as long as possible and keep your teammates alive as well
Just grab the weapons you need and stay alive and the other people alvie too.
First you must the staff room door there is a key on the bar then youneed to get afrom under a newspapper on the table use it to unlockthe door go up there is aroom next to the door you come out of get the fork lift key goto the fork lift turn it on raiseit its pretty much a straight shot from there youre welcome

What you must do is destroy the plant thing blocking the ladder and then go up, use the WHEEL on the socket and turn that. you can look for items, but its up 2 u. in the next area, there are weird frozen creatures, go by them, dont worry, nuthin happens. find/make a blowtorch, and un freeze a zombie *cuts cene* (kill him if nessesary) now, kill the thawed hunters if possible, this also unfreezes the turntabel, so get on the turntable thing and wait for the time to run out. *cut scene* hit the mutated G with the turn table, pull the switch and doge him until power is restored. voila!
