Before you go to the story mode go to the options/MTX demo on the start menu,cheat codes should be the 12th option ,you should be able to put the cheat codes in there then when your in story mode go to cheat codes and turn them on .

Play the intro movie to Moscow, at the very start when Todd says "Mother Russia" it shows you the famous building somewhere in that level. Climb up that and its in the top.

Downtown Baltimore is not in this game. I know because I have T.H.U.G. and T.H.P.G. Iv'e beaten both games and it is in Proving ground.

No you can not you have to find all the gaps in all levels even secret levels

Go to hawiee and then go down the street and make a right tirn on the road and jump in the mouth of the tiki
A2:
Right when you start turn right onto the road next to the respawn point then look insanely close at the wall for a really dark brown tiki head with bright orange lava leaking out of the top. Kickflip into the mouth and follow the tunnel you are in until you fall into open air with lava walls all around you. Just keep doing random flips until you reach the secret tape. Which should be right in the middle of the pit!

Transfer over the first transfer point then revert into a manual as you land then head for the next transfer point. Worked for me!

At the bottom of the massive red castle building there are a set of windows. If you keep jumping into each one you will find that you can break through and the level pickup is inside.

Just build parks, create your own goals, find secret levels, restart the game on a different difficulty, create new skaters and save them, edit the songs in the game to the ones you like, If you have a MP3 player or ipod plug it in and listen to your own tunes and one more thing, JUST HAVE FUN!

When I did it I just hit each item and went in one line and it counted it!

Manuals if ya know a lot of manual tricks you can get a high score easy.
If you can hold a long combo, flatland (manual) tricks and llips give you the most points
