Get the Ultima Recipe in the Twilight Town mansion
basement then make it at a Moogle Shop.
Wisher's Lamp: Defeat Jafar at Agrabah.
Wonders Of The Abyss: Complete Chapter 4 in Atlantica.

Once you go back to Twilight town go back into the mansion. Down where Sora first came playable you will see a chest with the recipe for Ultima weapon. Next is maxing out your synthesis lvl so that U can create it and then make sure you have all materials needed to make it

Collect all da items but dont worry about the oricalcium + there are only 6 to get so collect all the treasure chests from all the worlds and defeat a load of enemies to get the crystals. hope this helpd u

First of all, Did you get the Ultimate Recipe in the basement of the mansion
in Twilight Town.If so, after that, you may use the Moogle Shops to
synthesize the keychain.

Find recipe in twilight towns mansions basement (ultima recipe) then go to any moogle store. then synthesis it. (note:you 7 orichalcum +'s and 1 energy crystal)

Get the power one by killing sephiroth.
get the magic one from completing the ultima recipe found at the area where Donald's and goofy's pods in twilight town mansion.
to get the orchliaum+ you have to:

1.go to space paranoids right before you fight the mcs.
2.finish atlantes or the ocean area.
3.complete 100 acre woods.
4.before you enter the organization 13 palace there is a chest that you have to open to find.
i forgot about the other 3 though.
use the synthesis item that cuts an ingredient in half to make the ultima keyblade a.k.a ultimate magic keyblade

You get the ultimite recipe and get 13 oranslom+ 9sorry I cant pronoutce it)the recipe is at the mansion it the library and when you have done it go to the moggles the animals that sell stuff like equipment.then you get the ultimite weapon bye for now.
