Yes but if you have already got in there, You've saven time for ureself and btw the ghost on lvl 4 appears about 12am to about 3am

No you find the ghosltly gift in the sewers and need logic 4 to learn crazy talk then go to earl and he will ask you the riddles
The ghostly gift is in sewers.
Have you a yellow urb? (you can get it from the sewers and give it to the earl. that's theghostly gift

The chairs aren't the gifts. Those are for you. The urn that you get from claire clutterball is the gift.
The urn is in the sewers you have to look around but it is sort of in the middle and it looks like a golden snake charmer basket.
The ghostly gift is the urn. it doesn't say you have finished the goal until you give the ghost the urn. hope I helped
You give Earl the Urn and in return he lets you into his cellar to choose a gift for yourself. There will be a suit of Armor, a Venus Fly Trap, a Crystal Ball, a Mummy Case and something else.

To catch Guissepi, go to Nikki Knacks and buy the camera, then go to uncle Hayseeds and you will see guissepi stealing things and your poor uncle tied to a chair lol. hope I helped.

The flyers and the book are found at the same store, which is Nicki Kancks' Bric-a-Brac. The flyers are only $2 each, buy 10 and make sure to note down the people you gave it to, it could be anybody, as long as you gave 10 people. While the book is (I think) green. Just look at the title.

After having Body 6 and your sleep bar to its maximum, go to Country Cafe, make sure Bucki Brock is there. Then ride the bull farthest from the cafe and nearer to the stairs. Just keep riding, until Bucki rides with you, don't stop until she stops, which will automatically make you stop also.After doing this, you will see the "goal completed" sign.
Make sure you have a body level of 6 make sure all your needs/wants are mainly green then keep riding the bull untill it says goal completed if you run out of a need or want re-fill it before you ride the bull again. hope I helped :D

Nothing, I dont think you actaully do anything with it. The piece of paper is a password for the next game Urbz sims in the city. The pass word lets you in this club place, but you can't actaully do anything with it in sims bustin out....at least I dont think so
