Two ways to do this. 1: catch all unowns, put c, e, l, e, b, and I in your party, go to ilex forest, talk to shrine, celebi should appear. 2: get an action replay, input the gs ball code 91C089DA, talk to kurt he will give you the gs ball, go to ilex forest, go to shrine, press A, put gs ball in shrine, celebi will attack. the second one has been tried by me and it works I love it, and if you find a level modifier code you could get a celebi of any level. try looking for the lvl 250 code, easy way to level up pokemon, automatically makes pokemon level 100 if healed or put in box. the only stats that change on a lvl 250 pokemon is the attack, everythng else is that of a normal pokemon from what ever route you are in
Sorry but you can't catch mew in any of pokemon crystal, silver, and gold coz you can only catch him in red, blue or yellow version.....

First you get 8 badges and fly on new brak town there you can use surf but you read your pokemon water fall and after you can use surf you are near to one hole go in and use waterfall and go right and go down and again go right after some time you are in johoto leage.

You need to beat the blackthron gym and then fly back to new bark town use surf sail across find land go up and there will be a cave go in and use waterfall go across go down and then get out and you will know the rest and thats it.
Okay first you defeat the first 3 gyms then go buy 70 poke balls and repel then go to bills he will say wow you must of worked hard to buy 70 poke balls and 1 repel and then he will give you 251 pokemon and 101 master balls

... the guy above me must have had a pokeball thrown at his head at a young age, the only way to get 100 master balls, other then the duplication cheat, is to get extremely lucky with the lucky number show, other then that there is no way, and yes you can have 100 because when you recieve the 100th it starts a new item slot, try it with something cheap like poke-balls and you will see

The second guy is pulling your leg there is no character in the game who will give you any of that. Beating the Elite Four and winning the Lucky Number game are the only legitimate ways to get Master Balls, and it's going to take you a while to accumulate 100 that way. The cloning trick is the only workable solution, but be careful with it, it can mess up your game.
