Depends on what kind of magic you like.(Serra=light Prisilla=anima) Both can dodge like crazy but I prefer Pricilla since anima is my favorite magic.

I assume you mean 19x and 19xx, To get 19x you have to beat Chapter 19 in 15 turns, to get 19xx Nils has to be Level 7 in Lyn's Story.

To get 19xx you must kill uhai in less than 10-15 turns and he must confront lyn once in battle, then in 19x kill kishuna in the turn you attack him (he runs if you dont) then go complete chapter 19xx -Answer by:Stickman

Bring a lotta elixers! it's a no brainer.
When you get a chance to buy elixers, dont miss them. give ike the max and let the black knight attack you. that way you can heal in your turn. ike has to be lvl20 also
*note, this is a question for fire emblem path of radiance (game cube).

Just survive 5 turns and the fight will end. Note (this makes you get ena but not Nasir who deals super awesome damage compared to ena)
You could actually train him instead of completely over-using pre-promotes.
In chapter the living legend
In the Chapter Living Legend (Chap. 22). From Eliwood's starting position send him all the way down to the bottom of the map. That square along with the square to the left of him, above him, and the one above the left one. It should look like a square. Walk in that area with a character that has a lot of luck, and you should find it there.
