Next go to any pokemon center, go upstairs,talk to the man in the green hat, then he will give you the auora ticket(it will be in key items).then go to the farry and choose Birth island. 2. When you speak to the sailor at the dock "BIRTH ISLAND" is your destination
3. Travel to BIRTH ISLAND!

Okay this is how I got my Deoxys, right after that a lvl 5 Mew appeared in the first box of my PC. I took it out and it was holding an Aurora Ticket. Then went to Vermillion City and selected "Birth Island" as my destination and traveled to Birth Island and solved the puzzle. Then I battled a lvl 30 Deoxys.
