Greatballs wont work unless every planet and star is aligned. Use Ultaballs and put it to sleep. Works much better.
Like this if the HP low throw it with a ultra balls and then it's shaking press left+A and zapdos is catch

Trade with emerald ruby or sapphire

You have to have bulbasaur and when you beat the elite 4 they will have a report about him you will not be able to catch him without a masterball it is impossible unless you do what I did I went where suicune's element was the most but that's just me but now he is in diamond

Go to get the saphire but when getting it a rocket scientist steals it and tells you the pass word:)
