Go to the ware house and in front of the ware house a grunt will e there beat him and go to the door and the two passwords you got from the grunts at mt ember and the scientist in the dotted hole will autoamticly appearthen you get in go through the maze and go throug an opening where you will see a grunt beat him then there is another opening above that and there you will see another grunt beat him and then there will be 1 more opening go through that and you will see the scientist that took the sapphire away from you. beat him and he will say he was gonna sell it but its worthless now so he gives it to you

Go on the arrows until you get to one of the stops kinda to the left of the screen. Walk up to your destination as far as you can without walking on the arrow tiles. You won't make it all the way, but when you get far enough, you can go on an arrow downward. You will have to face the Team Rocket Grunt. Then, keep going until you reach another Team Rocket Grunt (Admin) standing at a computer. Battle him and beat him. Then, you will be able to go through to the scientist that stole the sapphire. Battle him and if you win he will give you the sapphire for you to give to Celio. Then, you will be able to enter the Cerulean Cave in Cerulean City and try to catch Mewtwo. I know this because I already did all of this and caught Mewtwo. He is at level 70.

Go into four island icefall cave; you can't cross the waterfall until you find waterfall HM07. Teach it to a Pokemon then use it to ride up the falls to a new part of the cave. When searching for the HM you will have to fall down holes creating by stepping on thin patches of ice. Now go to six island and search for the dotted hole, when you find it, cut on the door. Enter the dotted hole, then drop off into the hole. There will be 4 holes go up and drop into the top hole, then go left and drop of into that hole, then go right and drop into that hole, then go down and drop into that hole. You will end up at the Sapphire! As soon as you arrive at the Sapphire you click A on it and a scientist will drop from a hole. Then he will grab it and tell you the team rocket warehouse password on five island. Then go to 5 islands team rocket warehouse
Q:NEW HM! I FOUND HM08 DIVE. I don't know where to use it outside battle. Can someone tell me?

You have to teach it to a water pokemon that can learn surf and dive, the you go surf on the water and when you r above the darker shade of water just use dive and it brings you to the bottom of the sea. Hope I helped!
