My first shiny was a Rattata. But I didn't have any PokeBalls! xD Anyway, it's very rare. The stars aren't a celebration, they show that the Pokemon is shiny. Good for you. I think the chance of encountering a shiny is 1/8,554 or something. Have fun with your shiny Rattata~

To get to Celodon City you need to first get to Lavender Town. Once you get to Lavender Town you turn down the road heading left, awy from Lavender Town. Just before the gate to Saffron City there is a small building. It is the cycling road. Take it and you will arrive on the route right outside Celodon City. I'm sure gow to get magmar, but to get shellder, go to five island and fish with the super rod. You can get the super rod in Fuchia City next to the safari warden's house.
There are 28 unown the whole alpabet plus a question mark and an exclamation point. I havent caught all of them, but you have to keep going back to the tanoby chambers and look inside. you need ALOT of ultra balls, but its kewl to have the entire set. to get to the tanoby chambers, you have to unlock them. theres this switch that you have to press. (forgot ill say next time) and you go to seven island and seim all the way down then go left and right for all the islands. angel
