It is just a shiny pokemon. they are very rare. all the stars are a celebration since you got one
You're luck it's a shiny ,a rare coloured version of the regular pokemon thereis at least a shiny version for every pokemon in game.
My first shiny was a Rattata. But I didn't have any PokeBalls! xD Anyway, it's very rare. The stars aren't a celebration, they show that the Pokemon is shiny. Good for you. I think the chance of encountering a shiny is 1/8,554 or something. Have fun with your shiny Rattata~

I captured a shiny wormple on my emerald. it was purple! still no mater what if a pokemon looks a diffrent color than usual CATCH IT! I also caught a golden maril on my emerald.

You find the red gem in MT.Ember and the blue gem in the Dotted Hole(To get in the Dotted Hole use HM1cut)

Go to where the S.S. Anne was(3rd gym) and show the guy your pass and then you can go to islands 1, 2, and 3
If you rescude I think her name is lossange go to bill he will take you of the islands if you want to go back to the islands go to Vemilion City port & the boat driver says:do you want to sail? then is says: 1 island 2 island & 3 island or Vermilion

To get to Celodon City you need to first get to Lavender Town. Once you get to Lavender Town you turn down the road heading left, awy from Lavender Town. Just before the gate to Saffron City there is a small building. It is the cycling road. Take it and you will arrive on the route right outside Celodon City. There are 28 unown the whole alpabet plus a question mark and an exclamation point. I havent caught all of them, but you have to keep going back to the tanoby chambers and look inside. you need ALOT of ultra balls, but its kewl to have the entire set. to get to the tanoby chambers, you have to unlock them. theres this switch that you have to press. (forgot ill say next time) and you go to seven island and seim all the way down then go left and right for all the islands. angel
