It should save automatically. Say you're done playing for the day. Turn it off. Then next time you play, when you turn it on to play, there should be a continue button. I've found that if you turn it back on to check that it saved, it will erase. So I guess the saves are only good for one time. -Answer by:JSLovesHarvestM

You don't sadly. (That would be cute!) After you have your baby, (Or after your wife has the baby incase you're a boy.) The baby will stay on your bed. You can't talk to it, or feed it, or even play with it it just sits there. Eventually, your baby will grow, and it will be able to crawl, then walk and talk. Your baby will stop growing at a certain point and stay a young child forever. It will never grow into an adult. (I know this sounds dissapointing, but it really is worth it!)
