A1: Use rod or surf to find Goldeen, train him/her until level (i don't know) and it will evolve into Seaking!

A3: First you get a wailord and a relicanth(found on route124 underwater)then get a pokemon that knows dig go to the sealed chamber(found west of Pacifidolog on route 134 go at the bottom the current will push you) find an underwater treanch go in it go in front of some dots and press b go to the last dots go up to your pokemon with dig use it there will be a hole go in it have your relicanth first wailord last go to the wall of dots press a their will be an earthquake go to route 105 go in the cave go up to the dots press a three times in a few minutes a hole will appear hope you have a fighting type now to registeel go to route 120 read the inscription go to the middle room use fly now to regirock go to route111go to the bottom there is a cave read the inscription go to the right twice and down twice then use strength and now you have the regis and so do I so long for now....
