Q:When Im battling in the elite 4 My pokemon are running out of PP and im all out off PP Restore! what item that is buyable in the game that restores PP, not pokemon health?
Use ether, elixir, PP max, max ether and more... you cannot buy item to restore

It's likely that your pokemon mostly know attacks that have 5/5 PP, and some 10/10 PP along with non-attacking moves. If this is the case, it's probably best to replace those attacks that are 5/5 (ie. blizzard, fire blast, thunder) because they're inefficient. You should also learn to use non-damaging attacks to in order to set up for your damaging attacks.
To get Mewtwo, defeat the Elite Four, go to island 1, talk to Colin in the pokemon center by the machine. then go to Mt. Ember where to team Rocket Grunts are. they are blocking a cave. Defeat them and go into the cave to find a Ruby. Once you found the Ruby, go back to the pokemon center and give it to Colin. He will give you the rainbow pass to make you go to 4-7 island. Go to 4 island, then the Icefall Cave. In the cave you will find Waterfall HM07. Go through the Cave until you find the girl from the elite four and 3 team Rocket Grunts. Defeat them, exit the cave, then go to 6 island south area. You will find a cave called the Dotted Cave. Open the door with Cut and inside have holes. Go through the cave and you will find the Sapphire. But a Team Rocket Scientist will take it. Exit the cave and go to 5 island. On the South-east prat of the island is Team Rocket's Warehouse. Go inside, through the build until you reach the scientiet that took the Sapphire. Defeat him, obtain the Sapphire, go the island 1 and give Colin the Sapphire. Now thats out of the way, the guy how was blocking the cave next to Cerulean City, has left. In the cave it has Magentons & Wobbuffts. Go through the Cerulean Cave until you meet Mewtwo. Make such you have a Master ball, If you don't have a master ball then buy Lots of Ultra Balls. GOOD LUCK!

You go to the Dotted Hole on one of the Islands. Use cut on the door. Go through the holes in the ground and you will eventually get through to a person that looks like a researcher. I think you have to battle him, but he will still take the sapphire. He will give you the 2nd code for the Team Rocket Hideout on 5 Island. Go there, to the meadow, and enter both the passwords(done automaticly) go in there, solve the puzzle, then
fight the scientist. Once you beat him, he will give up the sapphire. Then go to Celio and he will plug in the sapphire and you can trade between FR/S or LG/S

Listen, you can get only one of the three each game. so it's better to have 2 more friends playing the same region. so here's how to start. it's better that you have traded already to an emerald or sapphire to have a sableye. catch mewtwo with this pokemon for all of mewtwo's attack won't work against sableye(sableye is ghost/dark so psychic and swift won't hit it). save the master ball, instead use lots and lots of pokeball and when you used about 50 or more use the timer ball and it will be caught.. then being able to save the masterball, use it on the dog your catching, it's really dificult to see them again because they can even appear over water and in caves. and they only show up to 2 times! so you must capture it in it's first appearance.. trust me I tried it and I really regretted that I captured mewtwo with the master ball and I couldn't capture suicune... and its no use to have a wobuffet because the dogs has the move roar, or cradily and octillery because the dogs could run.

1 is wrong... you should defeat elite four then check that you got 60 pokedex and you go to professer OAK and get the new pokedex. then go to celio. he will ask you to get back the gems... you need to defeat the 2 rockets at mt.ember and take the ruby gem first then go to celio. celio will ask you to get back the sapphire gems at the rest of the island.. and you need pass so he will then give you the rainbow pass.

They move around places so I would use Repel to come across them.

Get new dex from oak after the leuge. Fly to digglet cave, go in, toch the guy then go out. Go right ontil your in grass. Run into 5 pokemon, if he doesn't apear through the five pokemon, go back in the cave and repeat it. Do this for a long time. When you here a louder pitch you will have the chance to catch him. He is at level 50. Note:he will try to run so if he does check your pokedex. And if he does the move roar it will take his area place of the pokedex.
