If you do this before they go to school/work everyday they get really good grades/promotions. Keep doing the make all happy thing and you dont need to feed them or anything.

On the sims2.com I downloaded houses that have custom mailboxes which enable you to control visitors, the amount of neighbors you invite to your house, delivery of a newspaper and bills, the mailbox also includes a feature to make your sims happy and reduce their needs and it includes a bunch of other stuff I can't think of right now.
Ummm, to A5. You don't need to download anything. Just type in the boolProp cheat and shift + click your mailbox.
To save a sim from death, the sim that you want to plead to Mr. Grim Reaper must have a relationship of 100 with the sim that's dead and the dead sim must have 100 relationship with the pleading sim. click on Grim and choose Plead for loved one. but note. a sim is gone for good with old age death and drown.(sorry this is so long and be shure about the relationships too)

Build a high relationship bar with two of your sims and then put them both on a bed n click on one of them n click try for baby ^_^
First you have to get two sims of the opposite gender to relax on a bed together. they must have a high relationship with each other first. Select "cuddle" and then "try for baby". If you want a baby do not select "woohoo", this only ups thier social, fun, and comfort bars. -Answer by:Elthrayne

Addition to all answers...if you want to make sure your sim is pregnant then make both sims relax on the bed again and if try for baby is gone then your girl is pregnant if its there then click it again and see if she gets pregnant.(repeat if needed)
U can also type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true exactly like that for it to work(trust me its correct) in the neighborhood,then enter the family you want. shift click any sim, hit spawn, then tombstone of L and D. once tombstone appears, switch to person you want pregnant, click on it and go through options till you get to genetic merger... choose other person and your good!
You can try for baby in elevators as well, but the highest odds of getting pregnant is if they do it in a bed.
Don't forget that you can in the Picture Taker Thing.
When you accidentally deleted the baby,you should of gone to the neighborhood right away without saving. since you saved the baby is gone forever

You can't try not to delete any people in Sims 2. Unlike Sims 1 you can't delete someone to make there mood better. If you want twins again right before the babys come use the cheat "forcetwins." without the quotations and period.
To get the baby back you can type in 'boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true'

You can but first you need to download a hack called inTEENamater or something like that. Search TS2 teen pregnancy on a search engine like yahoo or google.
All of you have no idea, you have to download the teenimater. which if you look it up on google you shuld get the info

You'll have to do this every trimester. Using the clothing tester and re-dress, your prego Sim can wear whatever everyday clothes they buy.
For baby clothes you have to go to the sims 2 body shop and make a new skin,then for the babies skin just draw clothes on it, then in game choose that skin from the custom content button in sim creator...make the adults have a baby and there you have it... baby clothes

To max out their needs you type in *maxmotives* and to keep their needs from going down, type in *motivedecay off*. You have to do these in the cheat console (Ctrl+Shift+C) and without the astrix(*).
In the cheat box type maxMotives to max out the need levels then you can use another cheats motiveDecay off and your sims will stay happy

OK first you type in boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true into the cheat box. Shift click on the sim of your choice and press the option spawn then sim modder baby doll. A small baby standing up should appear by your sim. Click on the baby and press motives ( or something like that) go to max all and choose for: your sim, all sims in the household, or another sim. After the motives are max click on the doll again and press make static, this means their needs never decay unless they exercise. {sorry it's so long} but it sure does work! HOPE I HELPED!

When I do the "*Make selectable" cheat it doesn't work.

Yes but you have to use body shop get the skin couler up and grab the female one, copy it and paste it in the male one! do this with some hair and clothes and presto your sim! ( you have to have gimp to do this but its free of the internet.)

You do not need to create download folder as you already have it. The trick is, that game is installed in one place, and better do not mess with it, but all sims, neighborhoods ut.c. all that is saved in compleatly different place. Usually it is in my documents or documents, then look for Ea games/ the Sims2/downloads. Put all your downloaded files there. If there is too many, you can have folders, like objects, kitchen, floor, pet eyes you t.c. But do not make under-folders, as game can't extract them. Also good to have Sims2 content manager, program that helps to see what you add to the game, so not to put any that can damage your game or your computer.

There's a problem with this. Even though your sims won't age on the outside, they age in their minds and will eventually begin thinking little old ladies are hot. You will eventually need to replace your sims. I know, I do this all the time. You can also give them more days by giving them aspiration points by using the bool Prop cheat and then go into rewards and select the green water cooler. Make sure they drink it only while in a platinum mood. Or they will get a grill cheese aspiration. 4 coolers allows them to stave off aging for 89 days and with aging off, they will never age, but remember my warning. They get old in their minds.

I have holiday edition and maxMotives works fine maybe it's a glitch... In that case get all of your sims motives high and do motiveDecay off, the motives will not go down. -Answer by:oblivionsims2ad

The way you can fix it is type in 'boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true'.

You actually can get cars. I don't have nightlife and I have cars. What you have 2 do is go to sims2.com and go to the exchange and click items. There should be a few cars you can download. Be sure to download the garage and driveway otherwise you won't be able to put the cars anywhere on your lot. After you download them open your game and you should be able to buy them. Hope I helped!

Your graphics card isnt powerful enough, you'll need to upgrade it. I had exactly the same problem until I got a new graphics card, sorry but this is the only way to fix the problem

Also some custom stuff might be changing the game, get sims2 content manager check all your stuff if anything flashes red- disable it. Head problems in my game. after getting loads of new things my beds and showers started flashing.
