You have to get a pokemon that traps him on you first slot, than run between to areas (in the wild), untill you run into him again, believe it or not this is the fastest way. he changes his area every time you fly or change areas, so you just need to keep changing areas and pray he goes to where you are.

Yeah you can get a shiny pokemon but thats really rare, you need luck.

There is a few diff. types. The Lucky Egg A5 said was right. You need to get Chansey and even with Chanseys rarity the Egg is rarer.
The other types include the egg you get in GSC which hatches into a baby with dizzy punch and the eggs you get in Pokemon box which hatch into normal Pokemon with extraordinary attacks

It's a radom pick. So at least have a tag or a pokemon who knows mean look because when you first see Raikou and attack him he will run away.

In order 2 get rakiou you need a sqartil also 2 beat the elite 4
You have to had chose squrtil as your starter. then he appears after you beat the elite four. hes is in the grasslands of the kanto region.(the enire map of the mainland) he appears at random. he runs away after you start the battle. you can either make him stay or catch him with masterball(buy you should save it for mewtwo) or have a high level pokmon use scary face. or have a pokemon with the ability "aren trap" and battle him. make sure you got lots of ball's cuz he wont be caught right away. oh and if you kill him he wont ever appear to you again. so save often. and if you see him and he gets away you can check where he is by using your pokedex buthe changes area every time you enter building/cave/new area. so you gotta make him come to you.

You have to get the old sea chart at a nintendo event or by using a gameshark. It's not possible for it to appear after you beat the Elite 4 twelve times. That's a rumor that's not true.

There is a lot to do first you should go to island 1 and talk to Celio after he talks to you go to MT. Ember were the team rockets are go up to them he will tell you password goldeen REMEMBER it. you will battlle them its preety easy the they will move and you can go to island 4 5 6 and 7
Yes, you can continue to complete your pokédex, or go on the islands so you can help out Bill's friend (in the pokémon center on island 1) and get the ruby and sapphire so you can trade to ruby and sapphire. At some point when your talking to him, i think you get a rainbow pass so you can get to all the islands. In leafgreen or redfire you can't distinguish between the two times of the day like in other pokemon games, that chance has been eliminated and I think that has no important role in the game.

Oh, you'll be okay. I KO'd every Elite Four Pokemon on my first try. I had: Level 48 Jolten, level 48 Snorlax, level 49 Ninetales, level 47 Blastoise and a level 55 Dragonite. (I had caught Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno before I battled the Elite Four, though I did not use them.)

Simple. Go to Cleadon City and go inside the Cleadon Mansion. Then talk to the old lady and she will give you some tea. Go to the nearest guard and talk to him and he wil ask you for some tea. Give it to him and go through! Hope I helped!!

U need to talk to the old lady on the first floor of the mansion next to the mart and she will give you tea. when you get the tea, you go to tone of the gaurds guarding saffron city and he will take it and give it to the other guards. Then you have to go throught the silph. Co and get to giovanni. then talk to the president and he will give you a master ball.

Lorelei the first time she goes missing is on four island. First find her house near the old lady on the pond. it is filled with poke dolls then go out of her house and travel south then east. then north. there is a cave across a small area in which you need to surf across. go into the cave and get through mazes and obsicles. team rocket is holding her. defeat them.
On the edge of ice cave on four island. use "HM waterfall" on the waterfall and go up. keep walk and you 'ill find her
She is in the elite 4 and in her house when you first go to the islands, 4-7. That is why you cannot find her at the elite 4 the second time you try to compete. She is also in the Icefall Cave above island 4, she'll be defending a Lapras or something (i forgot.)

You can get a luxury ball from rescuing Selphy from Ice Fall caves. Visit her house on Resort Beautiful (Island 5) and give her the pokemon she wants to see. Sometimes she'll give you other valueable items instead.
Timer Balls can be found on Island 2 market after beating the trainer tower and elite four 2x.
You can get a nest ball from a girl in a house next to pattern bush on island 6 (i think) who wants to see a hericross (spelling?).

You cannot, they can only be found in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. If you want to obtain one of these balls, you'll have to attach it to a Pokemon on R/S/E and trade it over to FR/LG.
Net ball: bring magicarp to the fishing guru that gave you the super rod.
nest ball: find them randomly.
repeat/timer ball: buy them on 2 island after a while.
luxury ball:rescue the person in lost cave, bring her the pokemonshe asks for and she gives you luxury balls.

You can get a nest ball from the rocket warehouse. press a on one of the boxes at the back right side of the wharehouse.
U get a premier ball by buying 99 pokeballs
A5 is wrong. You only need to buy ten. Then you get a premier ball.

I think its only on red, blue and yellow. I think(think is the keyword) that you go to the safari zone and go to leave straight away when he asks you are you leaving early, say no. then save your game and turn your game off. when you turn it back on, try and leave again. this time he wont ask he will just let you leave. fly to cinnabar island and when your time is up you will be called back. when you leave the safari zone you are in a cinnabar fushia city mix.

I think you do somethin in the safari zone then keep talking to the guy then fly some were then run around in that spot/place then the anouncer will call you in and you will end up back at the safari zone
You only can get Mamoswine in Pokemon Diamond and Crystall it's a forth generation pokemon in leafgreen you don't get 4ş gen. pokemon.

They dont give you a wish they allow you find your legendary dogs who move around!
None, the only pokemon that can grant wishes is jarachi, and even it cant in the game.
A1 is wrong! You dont have to have any unknowns to get your dog!You have national dex and then go to kanto not any of the islands.Then keep on looking for it in different places in the wild and when you find it, use your master ball!

I'm not sure you get a wish I'll check for you oh and you can only get one dog. It depends on your starter ok it's there weakness.

The unkowns cave allows you to randomly spot either Entei/Rikou or Suicune.. which can be sighted is dependant on which starter you chose in the begining.
