A1: Use pokemon that have advantages over the elite4 , those pokemon can be chosen at your will ,i sugest train 6 or more to level 100 , not only the legendaries ( Mewtwo is great at lvl100) , but others as well if you want names , lapras, blissey, tyranitar, aerodactyl, arcanine,gengar etc..

A1: It just pops up and you need to catch it with ither a great or a ultraball

A2: Walk around a lot and you will find both

A3: It is wild listen when you get through lost caveand battle that lady start lookin in that area you should find them
