Its good to have a least one STAB move and since he is dual type most likely have at least 2. His moveset also depends on whether you want to go for a special sweeper or physical sweeper. This moveset is more or less balanced. Most importantly EV train to suit his moveset. I would increase Speed, Attack and/or Spec Attack. Though, it's all up to you.

I have transfered many pokemon between the systems but i would suggest using a gba connection cable instead bc ruby/ saphhire arent able to use the wireless adaptors
You cant use the adapter on sappire or ruby just fire red and leaf green and emerald

Play the pokeflute for it and it'll challenge you to a battle. I believe you get the pokeflute from Mr. Fuji.
Use the blue flute on 1 to wake it up and then fight it and use ultra balls on it

Yes it is possible in Emerald ONLY, not firered or leafgreen, you have to unlock the battle frontier. Go to the battle tower and go to the PC, put in the pokemon you want in execpt one since u cant have none in ur party, so anyway, put the pokemon u want in the PC then exit the PC and save. After that get your pokemon back and go the Link Multi Battle Rooms. Then, answer challenge and then choose open level battle then choose 2 pokemon. It will ask you if you want to save your game, say yes. There will be a freeze for about a second. Then you will it will ask you to save your game again but this time you will see your name badges and other stats like that. This time say no and turn the game off and turn it on again. look at your party and the PC. There u go you have just cloned your pokemon!!
Yes you can put them in daycare on 4 island ditto and a pokemon or two of the same pokemon but they have to be different sex and in a while they will have a egg you get the egg from the man in the front the egg will be the first involvement even if there not in the kanto pokedex p.s. you need to beat the elite four and get the natinol dex.
Cloning is easy. all u have to do is got to the battle tower in emerald, deposit the pokemon in a box, save, withdraw go talk to the lady and while savind turn in off, look in box and clones!!! ive done it aboout 76 times with my hooh's ang lugias

Yes if you get two pokemon level 50 and one pokemon that you want to clone first deposit the pokemon you want to clone then save and once it`s done saving go to the battle frontier/ battle tower go to the last person to the right and then go up to the pc then withdraw the pokemon that you want to clone then go to the last person on the right talk to her then choose open level once it goes to saving right in the middle of it turn it off then on and you should have a clone in your party and in your pc only for emerald
Well my team was Charizard, Jolteon, Pidgeot, Dragonite, Lapras, and Suicune (or Entei/Raiku). But of course not all of us have a legendary dog. It trust me, it takes weeks of commitment. So just pick another pokemon that you like and raised well. The party that I've listed takes a longggg time to raise and care for. But it's worth it and your good to go when they're on level 72 at least.
Here is a good team I use it and I already pass 7 times the league with that team:
Zapdos lvl63:thunder;Fly;steel wing and other by your choice
Snorlax lvl 63:hyper beam;earthquake;surf and strenght
Charizard lvl 65:blast burn;Overheat;fly and cut(you dont need to use cut =P)
Tyranitar lvl 65:earthquake;rock slide;crunch and teach him hyper beam
mewtwo lvl 72:psychic(use just psychic on all aghata pokemons and they will die);recover;calm mind and dream eather
Suicune lvl64:Blizard;Waterfall;Aurora beam and ice beam
Make sure you buy 20 full restores;20 max potion and 20 revives and good luck if you use this team or not ^^

Hey I used blastoise lvl 64 and I beat the hole elite four 3 times... I just use some lvl 30s and while there out I heal up my blastoise and then send him back out, worked for me but I also used a lvl 60 zapdos for lance
If you have a level 100 pokemon you can use the elitefour to level up pokemon, get more money, and just beat it as many times as you want. Make sure you have another strong pokemon or at leas a ton of revives and full restores. I reccomend a Charizard with the moves Flamethrower, Fly, Metal Claw, And Dragon Rage
You have to complete certain tasks. Like hatching an egg and beating the Elite Four alot of times.

This takes a lot of time and a lot of luck! I have spent months looking for them and I have found a green zubat, a black zubat, shiny oddish, shiny zigzagoon, shiny jirachi, and green pelipper.
Well first, you beat the elite 4. second, you go to the professor's to get the national dex. Next, talk to Celio(he is in the pokemon center on island one). Then you go to mt. ember and those 2 rocket guys will talk then you battle them both and once they leave you go into the cave and obtain the ruby. After this you take the ruby to Celio and he will give you the rainbow pass!!!!! :]
First beat the elite 4, get the national pokedex(capture 60 deferent pokemon and talk to professer oak to get national pokedex), go to island 1 and talk to Celio, go to mt.ember and obtain the ruby in the cave behind the two team rocket goons, and talk to Celio and give him the ruby, and he will ask for your town map, and you tri-pass.Celio will give you more pages for your town map, and upgrade your tri-pass to a rainbow pass.Good Luck!
You get the rainbow pass from celio on one island after you get the ruby from mt. ember where the two team roket goons are standing, and take it back to celio then he'll give you the rainbow ticket and you can now get two all of the Sev'ii islands!!!

My friend told me that if you trade an onix while holding mtal coat, he will evolve with his new owner.
Trade onix holding metal coat and back for steelix
U have to trade it with a metal coat on it and in the middle of the trade press B and it should evolve

What u should do is to train your pokemon, if they are level 60 or higher, at island 7.

Ok did you put in the master code? "(m)" is the name it should have. you cannot trade with ruby/sapphire/emerald/collusium/xd/box until you have gotten the ruby(item) and sapphire(item) to Ceileo on One Island
If you have the seven islands than you talk to the guy in th big PC on island one he will tell you about the Ruby and sapphire items than you just go and find them. They are both on the islands somewhere.

To get the ruby stone what u need to do is go to Mt. Ember and Fight the two Team Rocket dudes and they will give u a password for island 5 and they will leave. Go in that hole and threw the maze and eventually u will find the ruby

To get the National pokedex you must catch 60 different type of pokemon then talk to proffeser oak. He will give you the National pokedex. then talk to Celio, and then u will battle the members of team rocket. Defeat them, and they will leave.
Beat the elite four and talk to selio on isle 1
Get the ruby gem and give it to celio then he will give you the rainbow pass.
You have to beat the elite 4 then talk to celio. Then give the ruby from mount ember to celio. then celio will give you a pass to go to the seveii islands
Get the ruby from Mt.Ember, after you learn rock smash, and strength, and after you beat the rocket thugs guarding the entrance.
There r 7 islands to start. u go to mt. ember and fight moltres. then u fight the poke leage. when u finish that u have to catch 60+ pokemon. then u go to celio, he will tell u to go get a ruby from mt. ember where the team rocket guards r. u beat them and go look for the ruby, u give it to celio and he tells u to go to the other islands to look for the saphire. then he gives u a rainbow pass.
Beat the Elite Four, have 60 or more Pokemon, get the National Dex from Professor Oak, go talk to Celio. Find a ruby on 1 island for him(Mt. Ember), he gives you another pass to go to 4, 5, 6, and 7 islands
Use an AR[action replay] then look on the internet for action replay codes on how to get to birth island then you save wen you r at the docks then take the AR out then you are at birth island.
Use " wounder news" in the mystery gift. :)

You can't clone on pokemon fire red
This is the real way to clone. trust me. i have six ho-ohs, six lugias, and six latios. you have to have emerald. after you beat the elite 4, you unlock battle frontier. go to the battle tower in battle frontier. make sure you have the pokemon in your party. then go to the computer. deposit the pokemon in a box by its self, then log out and save. next, take the pokemon and put it back in your party. then walk over to the battle tower lady closest to you. talk to her and take the challange your pokemon can enter. then enter that pokemon and another random one. next she will tell you that you need to save. select yes and there will be a short pause. YOU JUST CLONED YOUR POKEMON!!!! after the pause, turn the game off and on and you will have the pokemon in your party and in the box you deposited it in.

I cloned my Pokemon on Emerald. I have two Rayquazas and two Sceptiles, all Pokemon are cloned in the same way.
You can clone the pokemon but you need to find the care centre and use the pokemon and a ditto
To get deoxys you have to go to island 9.
All you need is an action replay max and you can get all of them with a cheat.
To get ho oh luigia and deoxys you need a special ticket so you can travel to island 8 and 9. unfortunatley you have to go to a pokemon event, but there has only been one

Go to the wierd door in the ruins (ignore what the map says) on island 6. Use cut to open the door and your in!!!

Dotted hole on 6 island (you have to walk around a bit ,1000 steps, before the scientist leaves the door, then you use cut on the door.

You go in to the pokemon place on cinnebar island and go threw and you will eventually find it
You go to the mansion, solve the mewto statue puzzle, and find the key in a pokeball.
You can find the key to Blaine's Gym in Pokemon Mansion which is located on Cinnabar Island. Retrieving it is another story, but it's pretty simple. Just play around with the Mew switches on the second and trhid floors until you've reached the staircase which leads to the right room.
