Pokemon: Fire Red

Game shark is a cheat device, you can use it to enter cheat codes. To get Team Rocket out of Saffron City simply go into the Silph Co ( The incredibly tall blue building ) and use the elevator to go to 5th floor. Get the card key and go back to third floor head southwest unlock the door go west step on the teleporter fight your rival. Talk to the man he gives you Lapras , a pokemon who has incredibly high hp.
After that head south , a rocket will fight you in surprise, shove him down go east, unlock the door ( or at least I think it has a locked door ) and fight the boss rocket. Water types will do good, if you have a blastoise and skipped this and did Fuchsia City instead you will have surf. Use that against him. When he's gone , they're gone (the rockets).

Charizard and primeape are a good start but you'll need a strong elec. type, your hypno will need to be a higher level, and also a strong ice type.
Might wanna take jolteon or zapdos, teach them thunderbolt or shock wave , Thunder isn't very reliable due to it's low accuracy and pp. Level up your Tentacruel, Persian and Hypno. Teach Tentacruel Ice beam , and I think that's about it.
1st : Get a pokemon that can learn thunderbolt/thunder and raise it up to at least lvl 62 This is to completely anihilate the 1st Elite Four girl, the ice/water type.
2nd : Your Charizard should do good for the 2nd dude, the one that uses fighting and ground pokemon. Let Charizard take down those fighting pokemon with fly. For those ground pokemon, train up the lapras you received or your tentacruel and use surf like mad.
3rd : For the 3rd member, the ghost type, use psychic attacks, as ALL her pokemon is part poison, which is super effective. However, try to teach a psychic move to a non-psychic pokemon, as her pokemons might use a ghost move that will murder your psychic pokemon, cause ghost > psychic.
4th : For lance, it's pretty simple. For the dragonites/dragonairs, use a pokemon with ice beam or thunderbolt/thunder. easy as 123. Use surf on aerodactyl to murder him for good.
Gary : For blastoise and pidgeot, use thunderbolt/thunder to slaughter them. For exeggcutor, fire-moves him down with your charizard. For alakazam, use your persian's bite as dark > psychic. For arcanine and rhydon, SURF!
And with that you're totally done. Be sure to have all pokemon at least lvl 62 to be on the safe side. And also, I completed elite four with Charizard, Lapras and Arcanine, all lvl 62. The trick is, lapras can learn icebeam, thunderbolt and surf, which I suggested those moves to use. lapras is good, add it to your team, good luck!

If you mean the one in celadon you have to watch the arrows. For example if theres one that leads < , and left of that is ^ , you'll go left a little and up a little. Anyway what you have to do is to reach to a rocket grunt who has the lift key (he is standing next to a pot of flowers) and talk to him. Battle him, he's not that hard. After that the lift key will drop next to him. Pick it up and head to the elevator.
When you have found the elevator ( it's southwest a group of arrow panels ) go inside it and head to B4.
When you are out, go north and you'll see a wall with two rocket dudes. Battle them , water types are good since they have sandshrew and sandslash. Advance through and talk to the boss who's sleeping on his couch. Fight him, he has a Onix - level 25 , Rhyhorn-Level 24 , and Kangaskhan - Level 29.
Water pokemon easily take out onix+rhyhorn, watch out for Kangaskhan it uses tail whip then mega punch. A defensively built Machoke/ Machamp with revenge will easily blast it right out of the atmosphere out of space and spot-on on the sun.

Go back to the original hole, and fall into it. Keep on pushing the boulder and following it (falling into the holes with the boulder) until you reach the water. Once you do, the current will take you to another level. Go up onto the land, left, and down all the way for an Ultra Ball. Take the only ladder to another level. Follow the path south and you'll find a puzzle involving a few holes and plenty of boulders.
Push the only boulder that you can push left all the way left so that it doesn't block your way. Next, push the single boulder into the hole. Now you'll have to work on the last two boulders. Push the one on the right all the way up, and find a way to push the other boulder into the other hole. Now jump into that hole. You'll reach another level. Surf up, and you'll meet Articuno.

Ruin Valley is pretty short, and is easy to get through. Use Cut to open the door leading to Dotted Hole, and you'll get into the cave, called the Dotted Hole. The first step is to jump into the hole. Afterwards, take the north hole, west hole, east hole, and south hole to reach what you've been searching for: the Sapphire gem. After getting it, a Team Rocket scientist comes, takes your gem, and tells you the second password: "Yes, nah, Chansey". Now that you know the other password, head to Five Island.
Five Island, also known as Chrono Island, is where the Rocket Warehouse is located. However, before you start messing with Team Rocket, there's other better things to do. Surf west into the Water Labryinth, and you'll find an old man on land. Talk to him, and he'll give you an Egg that contains Togepi. Next, go east in the Water Labryinth to reach the Resort Gorgeous section. You'll reach another piece of land with some trainers and an empty house. Continue east and you'll reach the Lost Cave.
After taking care of all that, it's time to face Team Rocket. Either fly or walk back to the Pokemon Center, and go south from there. After a while, you'll reach Rocket Warehouse. Go inside, and you'll see that familiar spin maze. Play around with the maze, and as you do, be sure to pick up important items such as TM36 - Sludge Bomb and Up-Grade. You want to reach the Scientist in the upper-right hand corner. Fight him, and he'll give you back the Sapphire. Be sure to press "A" against the box in this room for a Nest Ball. You're finally finished with the Rockets!

The Power Plant is filled with Electric Pokemon and many Itemballs. Some of these Itemballs are actually Electrode trying to trick you into picking them up. The most they'll do is some damage. Don't be afraid of running into an Electrode try to pick up every Itemball to make sure that you don't miss any items, especially TM25 - Thunder and the Thunderstone. The Power Plant is pretty easy to navigate. Soon, you'll find a lv. 50 Zapdos. Here's a tip that a trainer must always follow: save the game before fighting it, and restart the game to catch it again if you make it faint.
Electric Plant
I've been in your place before it's in the power plant, in room all it's own it looks like a statue just press "A" near it.

If you mean the one to Blaine's Gym it's in the pokemon mansion you should bring a couple of max repels there the wild pokemon is annoying. Wander around untill you see holes where you can fall down save, go east and fall down. After that go 'round the wall and up the ladder. They got some good TMs there and ditto for breeding.

You must have a thunder pokemon placed first and tal to lady in isl 2 and she will give it to you
Train an electric pokemon until it is strong than see the lady at the top of the waterfall in island two (possibilty that only pikachu can learn volt tackle but I doubt it)
Trade a pokemon from emerald/sapphire/ruby that knows volt tackle but make sure you have finished the sevii islands

Bill only gives you the Tri-pass when you help them out with their experiment. To do this obtain the meteorite from them then go to 2 island go to the game corner. Go to 3 island take the bike gang out go to berry forest (northwest) and fight a lvl 30 Hypno at the end.

Articuno is at Seafoam Islands, Moltres is at Mt. Ember on One Island, you need surf to get there. Zapdos is at Power Plant , go to rock tunnel go north until you see some water. Surf on the water and go southeast.
I have already caught these pokemon with master ball cheats. articuno in the seafoam isl ,zapdos in power plant and to get there find a pokemon center near a cave then surf up and follow the trail of water. motres in mt. ember -Answer by:qwerty123711

You have to choose the spiral-looking fossil in mt.moon( Helix Fossil ) and take it to the lab at cinnabar, the 3rd room and the scientist will take your fossil. Exit the room and come bac in and you'll recieve a lv. 5 omanyte (evolves at lv. 40)

LOTS OF RARE CANDY
to do this you must copy 1 Rare candy 55 Times until you have 55 and to copy Rare Candy you must be able to go to Four Island In Kanto and you must go to the Day-Care Center and Breed two Poke'mon that are Able to Breed for example : Charizard and Ditto and be sure the Poke'mon you are Breeding has the Rare Candy and then the Poke'mon Egg you get back from the Day-Care will be holding Rare Candy when it hatches, Keep doing this as often as you want or need.
to do this you must copy 1 Rare candy 55 Times until you have 55 and to copy Rare Candy you must be able to go to Four Island In Kanto and you must go to the Day-Care Center and Breed two Poke'mon that are Able to Breed for example : Charizard and Ditto and be sure the Poke'mon you are Breeding has the Rare Candy and then the Poke'mon Egg you get back from the Day-Care will be holding Rare Candy when it hatches, Keep doing this as often as you want or need.

Just level your Blastoise up to level 85, your Lapras to level 50, and Ponyta to level 50. When I went through the Elite Four, my Charizard was level 90, my Zapdos was level 76, my Aerodactyle was level 30, my Raichu was level 23, and my Dragonite was level 97. But with your Pokemon, do as I suggested, and buy a lot of full restores. Good Luck!
