In the part where there is plenty quarks and a turret after you did a slide with your wrench. 1 of them on the right,(I think second.) has a place where you can wall jump. use ONE jump to it then keep wall jumping. when you reach the top you will find a snowman with a megaphone. Did you try with real wrench except for the laser sword
It happened to me too but then I figured out that it waz b'coz I waz throwing the wrench , try not throwing it and hit it by pressing the square button only . If you do this two times , you will get the skill point.
Hit first person mode when he goes down the stairs and you stay at the bottom then throw

If you aren't getting the skillpoint, you most likely already have it. If you don't, make sure to use the Wrench. Laser sword or wrench, they both work. If that still doesn't work, then your disc is buggered I'm afraid.

Equip a Tesla Barrier and equip the Plasma Storm. Start circuling him and keep shooting with the Plasma Storm. After his health is 1/3 of the way gone he will try to escape. You now have to fight several enemies before you fight Dr. Nefarious some more. After you catch up to him he will shoot you with his laser, keep moving in circules and jumping, don't worry about shooting him yet, just focus on evading the laser. When he runs away you will fight more robots. After you cross the bridge dr. nefarios will shoot a lot of rockets into the air. Here you will fight dr. nefarios the same way you did in the beginning and use the same tactics. After you beat him you get in a hovership for the final battle were you shoot at the huge weapon nefarios had been making, just keep moving and shooting and before you know it you will have beaten the game.
On the last planet you have to do a bunch of stuff but really you just have to keep moving and shooting before he hits you and when you fight the giant robot I sugest you use the hover ship but thats just me good luck(its really not that hard) -Answer by:reaper79

Get a gun like the n60 storm when it comes out, jump down. aim for it by L1 and keep on shooting it it can't aim for you!

You can't "kill" him, but to win the fight, this is what I do: first grab a "normal" weapon, like the Nitro launcher or N90, then, when he shoots blue "shadows",
shoot at him while running in circles.
(r2 to strafe)
then, he'll jump to another point, get out of reach of the red beams he shoots and grab you Splitter Riffle.
shoot at him for a couple of times, when the cutscene doesn't appear, he's not weak enough yet, continue evading the attacks and shooting.
when the cutscene DOES appear, Neffarious will fly away, for the fast way, shoot the big robot guy with your Splitter, the first line of little robots with your Multi Disc Gun.
then fly trough with charge boots.
try evading all robots and you will be in a second arena.
Nefarious is in the sky, when his light gets blue, he'll shoot a blue beam at you, that follows you.
hide behind a rock and keep watching Nefarious.
when it's red, he'll throw rockets.
if you get to the middle of the arena, he'll come down,
throwing blue balls that cause shockwaves over the ground.
jump on top of a rock and shoot Nefarious with your weapons.
when he spins around with red beams, Splitter him again.
soon, he'll fall and you get a cutscene.
if you find it hard evading attacks, use a Tesla barier or Shield Charger.
DON'T use this on Nefarious:
- Rift Ripper
- Infecto bomb
- Quantum whip
- Vortex Cannon

You have to do it in gameplay not in the pause screen. on the 2nd punch quark will glow and then he will be in a tutu!

When you go to don't put any disk in then pres restart the go to system configure -Answer by:razert503
Turn on your ps2 with-out a game,then go to system thing and go to time, change the time and there you go
1.turn off your PS2. 2.take your Ratchet & clank disck off. 3.go to system configure. and last: the first what comes is setting the time. set it 3.00 AM and then go to metropolis and teleport to the museum.

Well you have to try to just do things and maybeee ull probably get a skill point if ure having troublue lucky u, you have me okay heres two you know in aniliation nation there will be huge looking cameras looking at you and shoot them keep doing that till you kill three yay skill point and the other you know how theres quarks monkey he keeps running around try to hit him what I did is went a bit further from quarks chair and crouch down and throw it at the monkey if ure lucky you get a another skill point thats all I know :) hope I helped if I find a another skill point ill tell you right away

There are pages on line that will tell you each cheat, how to get it and which planet it is on. Once you print out this page getting all the skill points is a breeze. Also on the pause menu under special there is a list of all your skill points and the one's you have earned will be highlighted.

After mydral you go to aquatos and ask the vender person and a new weapon will show up, Sheild Charger.

You get it from Slim Cognito on Aquatos but you wont unlock the Shield Charger til you have at least been to Koros to destroy Bio-obliterator.

When you're on command centre go to aquotos, next to your ship there is a teleporter, teleport. There is a vendor [shop] press triangle and keep going across until you get to the shield charger. Buy it. Then you get a shield.
There's no real invincibility, but you can buy the shield charger at the end of the game, when you land on planet Mylon.

Have you tried the one where you get all the titanium bolts or where you get all the skill points I hope I helped
In florana did you go to the building that is square and you go down a vine, if you look left and walk around the building, Ratchets trophy is there. The other might be at the command center which is the Lawrence trophy and is found above a tall ledge. Climb up the ladder next to it and jump from that platform to the one next to it to reach the trophy. I hope this helps you get the trophys your looking for.
