At the title screen. This are all the cheats I know.
Instant knocked out: Right, up, left, down, X, L1 and R1
Digivolve item ( the blue crystal ) : Triangle, right, down, circle, L1, X, R1, X, triangle
Digivolve meter always full: Square, right, X, triangle, left, circle, L1 and R1
Instant knocked out: Right, up, left, down, X, L1 and R1
Digivolve item ( the blue crystal ) : Triangle, right, down, circle, L1, X, R1, X, triangle

Nope the only digimon from season 2 is veemon
You can't play as Wormmon in this game.
The digimon you can play from season two are Veemon, Gatomon and Patamon.
Veemon digivolve to Flamedramon, Flamedramon digivolve to Imperialdramon Fighter mode
Gatomon digivolve to Nerfertimon, Nerfertimon digivolve to Angewomon
Patamon digivolve to Angemon, Angemon digivolve to MagnaAngemon.
Veemon digivolve to Flamedramon, Flamedramon digivolve to Imperialdramon Fighter mode
Gatomon digivolve to Nerfertimon, Nerfertimon digivolve to Angewomon

If you mean unlock all digimon, you have to finish single player mode.
Digimon you unlock in single player mode:
Black rookies: Blackagumon, Blackgabumon, Blackguilmon,
Boses: Neemon, Diaboromon, Omnimon, Duskmon, Malomyotismon
Notes: Black rookies can absorb energy by grabbing your enermies. Boses are very powerful, once you unlock a boss use the bose you unlock to fight other boss to make it easier.

You can't make team in this game. If you have 2 friends, you and your friends fight the com first then fight each other.
