Q: K I went to the little stairs in glasstown that leads to the dock but the fanboat is not there. I need help!?

A1: First you have to go to the university and talk to gordi[the guy who is always sleeping. he should have an exclamation point above his head. talk to him. when you convince him to give you the fan boat he will ask for a map to paradise island, go to the t way top of salty's boat and you will find the map. return that to gordi and then go talk to det. d. mann, he will give you the keys to the boat. you will find the boat down the stairs at glasstown.
