You have to go talk to Gordie puck, the guy who's been the sleeping the entire game at the university. unless you have popularity 40, he won't write you a map. you have to get a few people relationships in 100's for him to give the map. after you have the map, go to det. Dan d. Mann for the keys. the go to glass town and go down the stairs by like king tower. you will eventually get to paradise island and there you will capture the dancing nutria for Roxanne! [i searched the entire bayou 3 times before figuring this out :P] well, hope I helped! :)
To get the dancing nutria, you have to use the boat (next to the apartment in glasstown) and there is a wooden passage way in the corner. Use the boat and go to the middle and you will see dancing things that look like moles.

After you talk to Crawdad Clem, you must have Mechanical 7 to pick the lock holding Boo, Talk to Mambo Loa, then mix together 3 chocolates in a mixer and bake it. Then feed the chocolate bunny to Boo.

If you already have Mechanical 7, then talk to Mambo Loa. JUST DO IT. I don't care if you already have a chocolate bunny with you. You have to talk to her. Then make a chocolate bunny and feed it to Boo. (mix 3 chocolates and bake it ).

If you follow the chain to the left you will find a padlock press "A" there to start picklocking and yes you need to turn the chocolate into a chocolate rabbit. You can do this by using a blender to make a mix and then cooking it in the oven. You can only feed boo the rabbit if hes free if he is not he wont take it. Hope this helps you :D

When you're at your house, go into your 'pocket/inventory', open up 'pockets' and your items are in there. Click on the item you want to place, move it around with the arrows, rotate with the L & R buttons and press A when you're done :)

You have to upgrade your security to stop robbers.
If you upgrade your security to the second one, you might still get robbed but theres a chance you wont. If you get it to the highest one, you should never get robbed. It's expensive but worth it. -Answer by:jbsoftball25

Best way to get rid of the maps is to restart from scratch.. you "CANT" get rid of'em.. but

The dancing Nutria is found on the island on the southeast on the map but you need to complete Chapter 4: Mission 4. Then you can use the fanboat which can be found below the stairs east of King Tower. Use the Fanboat to go east, then south until you find an island where there a a group of dancing nutrias. Get one but make sure you have an extra space for the dancing nutria. Just give it to Roxanna and you could be on your way.

If you've already checked the shrubs by the museum you'll get a note that says 'the answers you seek lye beyond the grave'. go to the grave yard and check behind the 'last grave'. (you might need to check all of em.) then theres another note. 'something FEATHER IN HIS HAT' talk to berkly clodd (whatever his name is) he'll give you a suitcase and ask you to give it to the guisuppi guy. take it to detective then find guisuppi (don't try the phone..) hes usually by moogoo monkey or in that other place thats not sim quarter. I think thats it...
