Well the stage is in the movie theater and to decorate it you can put paintings up or even gnomes. Just buy cheap things, that's what I did.
Keep trying. I had the same problem with Phoebe Twiddle (to make her be roommate so I can see her levatate). But when I was asking her, it was in my house. But then I talked to her when she was at the market, and she said yes. Try to ask people AFTER they see your room. Then leave, and come back in and they will be gone. Then call them but DON'T invite them and they will tell you where they are. Go to that place and talk to them. Then ask them. That worked for me. I hope it works for you too!

If you want to get Berkley Clodd to move in with you, think like him and decorate your house like his. It's also possible that it's just not possible to move in with you
First you have to go to the university and talk to gordi[the guy who is always sleeping. he should have an exclamation point above his head. talk to him. when you convince him to give you the fan boat he will ask for a map to paradise island, go to the t way top of salty's boat and you will find the map. return that to gordi and then go talk to det. d. mann, he will give you the keys to the boat. you will find the boat down the stairs at glasstown.
I didnt found the fan boat also and did not convince gordie puck.what should I do
You have to talk to gordie puck and if he dosent believe you you have to raise your popularity to 30 and to do that you have to make alot of people to 100. hope it helped
