Can someone tell me how to unlock cell jr.?what level do I have to be?i know piccolo has to break in. who do I fight for him to break in though?and what level are they?

You have to fight with any character level 20-40 and should be fighting opponents 30+ lvl, and eventually Piccolo will challenge you. just beat him and you'll have Cell Jr.

You can't have more than 9 of a capsule so if you buy 9 of a capsule it wont come up in the shop, so there is a bigger chance of finding one you don't have. hope that helped :)

You have to buy them at the skill store (gotenks and goten) ad (ssj gogeta goku and vegeta) and you can use the fusion in dragon arena mode

Well you can't, but I know a way to get ssj5 gogeta. First, give goku in his gt costume the ssj4 gogeta capsule. Then power up to max and turn into gogeta ssj4

Beat both Goku's AND Vegeta's DU, then play through Goku's again. This time, beat Frieza the first time, then instead of fighting him again, go to the new dot at the bottom-left corner of the map. There you will see Super Saiyan Vegeta. Beat him then go to the new dot and beat Cooler there.

After killing him with the super spirit bomb, fight uub at the tournament area, and you will unlock him!
You must kill kid buu with the super spirit bomb, and suceed the victory

Its very simple 1 get to the fight with kid buu 2 make sure you have Spirit bomb + ss 1+2 / breaktrough the when buu has about 1 health bar left activate spirit bomb as kaioken or lower 3 be succesful that means win the struggle and du continues then fight uub at the world martial arts tournament and there you go

First you must fight Goten, then Find videl's event right between gohan's grandpa's house and goku's house. Then go to west city and talk to Bulma. After go to the red dot and fight Videl. Then when it skip and he's talking about krilin and piccolo had been turned in stone. Now go to the mountains near to the ice island. There should be Vegeta, talk to him, and go to the dot, and fight Dabura. Then fight the next dot (Majin Vegeta), and now go to Central City, (right untop if you wish) hit R1, and look around, now you will see a plains, talk to Supreme Kai, and you'll get his capsule!

Look at the shop
[Cell] normal [Frieza] buy them
After you have beaten everybody on du go back to the main menu then, hold the button l2 and get in the skill shop still holding l2 and as soon as bulma starts to talk get out of still holding l2 ( repeat this all over again until you have unlocked everyone! )

You can't! you've got to be adult gohan(once you've got him) and search around all the time. I can't remember which battle I was supposed to be going to, but I think I found the fusion you're looking for in the forest near kami's lookout
