Need For Speed Underground 2
The only thing I can think of is that there is a glitch on the game.but ask you local gamestop
Find the secret races
Look for information icons and other things scattered through unlocked areas
Maybe check that you have done all the magazine and dvd covers and try to find all da hidden races after that its easy
Bad luck find races at the top mountain up north of your map
Pause the game then jump to garage then go to world map find races that you havent done goodluck I have completed the game 3 times
Thanks guys, I started a new game, I couldn't buy anything and I had 2 get six starrs, so I messed up A LOT!
This same thing happened to me, but for stage four im pretty sure.. you might try upgrading your parts on your car to make a better visual rating and then it might grant you a special event (photoshoot or cover for magazine or dvd). It worked for me, but then straight after that the same thing happened and I had no money to upgrade :S

If you want to find out how many secret garages are in a map part. Press down on the D-pad and look for the (locations)Secret garages located.

To check if you have found all the shops in an area, when you are in freeroam, press down on the d-pad
When you enter Jackson Heights and turn left on the road, you'll see a green light shortly after you turn. That's the body shop. Then, after finding the body shop, turn to the right and you'll see red lights. That's the visual/graphics shop. There are only two shops in Jackson Heights by the way, and those are the two.

Some of the races arent on the map you just drive around and find them
A1 is right but you can go to the garage and do them there
You probably have'nt done a DVD cover, so just style your car to one star higher than it already is and the URL race should appear
Dude you got to get your car up to a certain visual rating then do the photo shoots you gotta get done then the url should come up
You have to check if you achieve the dvd cover. if you didn't get your car to a certain visual rating then maybe that's why.
Look at the map on explore mode is there a green dot that says filter if there is go to map then see if the U.R.L races have a red x next to the race.

I think it is just a glich in the game
Go to the carlot theres a cheat to get it I dont now it though :( otherwise theres a light blue light in front o the carlot
You push left on your controler and then highlight a carlot and then press the x button and the press triangle and follow the arrow to the carlot and you should be there have fun.

Activate gps and go to the carlot

I don't think it is a glitch of anything the game is a 2005 year game or 2004 for but still its still new to have a glitch and plus im on xbox and everytime I want to do a race It wont give me money anymore and she kinda said something like that in the text

You can get pretty close with the evo.
U only can do that in the n.f.s.undergroundthe1 withthe orange car on the case

Once you get to "Coal Harbour West" a.k.a. Stage 5 you will find them in the hidden Car Specialties Shop. In "Coal Harbour West" you unlock everything apart from wide body kits! I think haa.
Dude you just keep racing and finding new garages and eventully you will unlock them and yea you have to beat the game to get the wide body kits
You have to do U.R.L. races to unlock them or just do races and you will unlock them.

Drag is manual, press r2 to go to higher gear.
Get a faster car with the highest lvl possible
I usualy get a fst car pt n2o on it the when the count down begins try 2 get it on 6 for a perfect shift then when you go fst enuf the needle wil turn green when it does hit R2 but also use the n2o
Time your shifts an arrow in a circle when you need to shift blue means good shift green means perfect red means over rev also try to make the least lane changes as possible

You either look around and find hidden events or if you go to your garage go to world map and do those races (it worked 4 me)
There are hidden URL and street races around that part of the city.
trust me I unlocked the 3rd stage by winning a URL race

You have to do special events urls or anything if you have them if you dont drive aroung and look for events you can easily by listening to other racers phone calls they will tell you where they are they are called hidden races
Build on how your car looks
Just do opponent races you find on the open streets and when you have no more I dont know
You have to upgrade your visual star rating, eventually you will get a message for a special event. Go do the special event and new races should appear.

Are you sure it's level 3, cos if it's level 4 then all you do is get your car to 6 stars then you unlock a special event, after this another URL race is unlocked & after you've done that Stage 5 & all of it's Greatness is unlocked! Hope I helped ! :)
