How do I get to the third world?(when I wanna use the teleporter from lost cities it doesn't say anything it just says dragon village so I cant transport anywhere else ) help me

You have to get 30 dark gems, then defeat Red. Then if you go to the portal it should say the next realm is available.

I went back to 1st world after beating nasty norc and now cannot get back to where I entered and got electric breath transporter is across screen?
