I have done it but it was hard i got all the best things i could get and then i did it and when i won he gave me his chopper so i could ride it around the town. :)
There are motorcycle parts in the shop where you play the minigame and buy the ones that are good enough to beat him. trust me, you aint going to beat him with the motor cycle you started out with. I tried that

Ok so after you find the plans behind the dumpster, you have a mission to complete. after that mission, simquarter is open. then after the mission where you get sharona faster to give you a boat, you take the boat to splicer island and give the plans to futo maki. u'll meet him as soon as you get there. hope this helped! -Answer by:Aidacally
