A1: If you already know where the swamp boat is than go to your left when you get on it and keep going past the ropes and you'll see the dancing dogs

A1: Once you get the air boat go search the water and you'll see a small island with many dancing nutria. You can then just pick them up.

A1: Ok so after you find the plans behind the dumpster, you have a mission to complete. after that mission, simquarter is open. then after the mission where you get sharona faster to give you a boat, you take the boat to splicer island and give the plans to futo maki. u'll meet him as soon as you get there. hope this helped! -Answer by:Aidacally

A2: Go to momboa loa after the island is done

A3: You have to defeat dusty hogg first, then go talk to mamba moa and she will tell you to get a hat, coat, and a beard. Get the beared from the pritcard dude, the coat from phobe twiddle, and the hat from polly normal!
