If I have a sniper rifle I will hide behind the tree and I will see him in his window if you shoot him he will stand to the window keep shooting it is just 5-7 shots -Answer by:mayor
Or simply headshot him with the sniper rifle !
You can go to his mansion, then knife/gun down everyone there. If you dont hv a knife then at the start there should be some. Finally, open his room's door, and blast away at him with what ever weapon you have. He takes a while to die though.

Ok,first off you need to choose a single gun(i choose the hard baller),two sets of ammo for the chosen gun,a knife or if you prefer a fiber wire(knife is quick but chance of someone hering and fiber wire is silent but slow)and kelvar armour.start the mission and run to the restarunt.talk to the bartender and hell give a key.go to the restroom drop the gun and get out.then go to the end corner where the guy will aproach.when the old man and police officer pass you,kill him the red dragon guy and quickly drag him to the sewage.then take his clothes and the amulet.run to the restarunt and your knife will be take away and youll be allowed to enter.place the amulet on the table and talk to the inspector.go the bathroom,close the door,take the gun,look at your ugly mug in the mirror and pray youll get out alive,then open the door and shoot the chief inspector and a window,jump out and run to yor car.youll see the blue dragon negotiator as well running.shoot hi as well(time pass....)run zig zag on the way to your car and congrats ,you finished the mission.

Wen you start find go through a corridor there will be a drain wate there

1. Take out car bomb from inventory
2. Look at front-left car door, so the cursor has the blue square
3. Right-click and select "plant car bomb"
4. Run back to your car
5. Take out car bomb remote from inventory
6. Wait for enemy car to drive near three blue guys on road
7. Detonate!
