When you go to one of your PDA screens, the one that says deck of 52, challenges, bounties, and statistics, select the bar that says deck of 52. Select the diamonds suit, and select Ace of Diamonds. It will say his name is Chul Kang, but the Ace of Hearts is Chul Kang. Also when you set out to do the Ace of Diamonds mission, while it is loading, it will tell you about the Ace of Diamonds and above all that, it will say Ace of Diamonds, General Chin Chang.
