NO, but you can keep on trying and keep your eyes on the pace car and watch its tailights so you know when to brake. also your car has no traction control so watch out.it took me forever to complete this but trust me practice makes perfect.

Learn to be crafty with your suspension tweaks and you can make a huge change to the way it races with individual gearing ratio tweaks,try to focus on what gear you use in a corner and what rpm you are getting when you power out of that corner and try to get the gear to have the car revving almost to red-line/change-up point as you are at the exit of the corner and you should be changing gear just as you are getting the car straight coming out OK.Can knock of many seconds per lap if you perfect this style.

Buy the car in the manufacturer's section then practice with it on the track. You can race hard without the fear of being failed out. Takes lots of practice.

Yes. it'll play on mine, but the thin one is just like the old one(it will only play for a certain amount of time before your ps2 won't play it anymore) I know because my old one won't play it and my new silver one will.

I'm afraid not. By restarting the game, you restart everything. I don't think you can transfer just licenses from other game saves...if you could, you could save onto a second memory card, restart the game on the first memory card then transfer the licenses from the second card to the first.

You can´t. Besides doing the licences help you improve your skills.
Why would you want too you'll just end up taking longer to get anywhere in the racing mode,they are there to teach you how to drive fast and smart! like driving smooth and not banging into the barriers as this slow you too much and you soon learn that a fraction slower and smoother and the lap times get quicker.If you don't want to do licences then stick to arcade mode.

My minolota Toyota goes at 355 km/h. You just have to use nitrous.
The toyota GT One actually has a top speed of 419- if you utilize the glitch at Cote d'Azur.
TVR Six Speed or other name, with same changed values in fully customizebl transmission gives me 20-35% additional speed, and uses nitro on 50 value - and this all gives me ~474 kmh. =)
I've never driven any of the race cars but I know that if I would've went with AUDI instead of RUF then I couldn't turn so good.:) different tracks require different cars and the RUF that's just over 70,000cp.(that's the one I bought.) can turn and it is tuned so that on big high-speed straits it goes fast enough to pass everyone and win, so go to arcade mode and see which car you like best(that's how I bought a RUF instead of AUDI because it drove better).
You guys dont have a clue,355 km/h is nothing. the fastest car is the toyota minolta. Win it tune it up as much as possible, horse power will then be like 1200 or sumthin then change the gear ratio so that when driving and it reaches the end of the last gear it almost maxes out(using nos on test course) and it will reach 451km/h . thats the fastest ive ever gotten a car to go.
Um dudes do you like even race because your all wrong !st of all the fastest is the 97 supra w/ turbo not the na model the used turbo model hard to find though will easyly hit 321 and hold to out run toyo's gt0ne and the minolta on the test track actually my factory 2000 skyline the one with carbon fiber hood runs with both the minolta and the gt0ne but the fastest totall top speed and take off 1k meter is the nissan skyline gt-r concept2001 that you win for the dream car championship hell I get 240 in 5th gear lol guys.emowho

It depends but I think the tomy kiara that costs $500,000. Once you fix it up you get 0 to 60 in about 2.5 secs. And the escudo because in the drag strip it does it in less than 8.00 secs and the tomy in less than 9.00 secs. -Answer by:peyton

When you start the game, go to liscence centre and get you domestic b& a liscences. then go to early 90's car showroom and buy the mitsubishi lancer gsr 92 and take it to special conditions. go to the 2nd race down called capri rally and win it, which is very easy to do. the prize car is worth 265,000 cr and some change. keep doing this for millions of cr.
Get a gt3 file with more than £100,000 then start a new file on gt4, get the £100,000 from gt3 and buy viper gts. then get the a liscence and do the 2nd special conditions race over and over

You need to get twenty-five percent through the game and then race the Mazda Laguna Seca Endurance race. This gives you a ton of money but the car they give you The Ford GT Race car. Sell it for over 700,000 dollars! Don't worry about missing out on a good car because the normal production car Of the the Ford GT is even better!
If you hav a saved game on gt3 you can get 100,000 and then got to the tuned car section and go to hpa motorsports and buy the golf for only 31,000 and its got 532bhp. you can use this for a number of races and u'll win all of then easily!

Get a italian fast car and go to the european events and do the italian cars only it looks bad but at the end you get a car worth 266,000 do it over and over to make lots of money
Transfer 100,000cp. and b and a lisenses from gt3. then go and buy a RUF 3400s(boxster). tune it to have 411hp. then go to the special condition events and do the course in costa rica. trust me, it's easy in the RUF 3400s. you will win a car worth around 250,000cp. go to your garage and sell it. you can do this as many times as you want so go buy a spyker(i bought it and I do NOT regret buying it because now, it's the only car I drive.) basically, leave it stock except for brakes. this car drives GOOD especially when you get used to it! it turns even better(not much) than the RUF 3400s!
I do the sunday cup all the time win the crappy car and sell it you make about 11 grand on it
U press square circle and triangle in a tournamet race on a bend while holding l1 and r1 and make sure u make the corner while overtaking some one or this will not work it seems hard and it is but its worth it
