This is how you do it you have to go to the place to get in to your pod when you get into your pod go to midtown then when your there look on your map ypu will see 2 places you can go to the nearest place go into the shop and give the blue prints to the guy bhined the desk

Where you are helping out a man where you have to destroy the green post boxes. I can destroy them all except one.

The 10th one is on a roof and you must take the elevator up to get it. The elevator is in plain view and goes up the side of the building from the sidewalk.
