I know that it is somewhere in the grass just drive up the highway at the beginning.

If you went through the tunnel, where the "s" turn is there is a small indent that has a purple whirlwind. I warn you the mini game is hard and the infaninte health cheat only works in the ps2 version.
Hit him all the time and if you can hit at the sides it tell you and then you will go to the final battle but he has the special move so be careful dont sit to one spot do circles and pick up guns and life its very easy.
You shoot hillbillys in windows and on the top then final battle him
Make sure you have the infinite cheat on becaus it could take awhile. He tries to keep one side of the hillbilllys blocked so shoot wisely.
Use theses cheats they might help u hold l r press right, left, down ,up thats the code so that u can't get hurt infinit weapons: hold l r press triangle (2 times) down (2times)
Just make it easy killer weapons infinite weapons and invulnerable

It's really easy if you've got the cheats....
lyk...infinite health, mega guns, killer weapon and infinite weapon...
if you got this all on your character...your character is lyk invincible...
...just keep shooting at cousin eddy with all the cheats...
and he'll be easy to defeat....
i tried once I got all the cheats ... and only one special shot at tower tooth..and he's so defeated...
cheats rule!

If your going to use the mega guns there is no need for the other cheats.
Use the killer weapon cheat and shoot him and he'll be destoryed
An easyier way
1:use the "killer weapons" cheat
2:make sure you chose "outlaw"
3: use outlaws speacheal "eltric" and you destoryed all of the atv's and 4000 points
