fly to lavridge town get your pokemon that knows rock smash then go to the desert then keep on going down in the desert and you will find a cave when your in there braile then take the steps indicated left left down down then use rock smash to make a door where the braile is now save and go in he will be at lv.40
regice
fly to petalburg town and go west and surf stay to the left until you come across some trees and land go around them and surf north until you find a cave read the braile and it will say stay close to the wall so that means that you should run around the cave ( in the inside) in any direction then when you do the lap and your back to the braile like the first on it will do the same thing so save and go in and there will be a lv.40 regice
regi steel
fly to lilycove city and grab your pokemon that knows flash then go west until you cant go west any more (there will be a lady walking back and forth in front some berries go up the stairs past the tall grass up more stairs and go in the cave like in every cave read the brail but this time go down 4 steps and use flash the door will open and save and go in and there will be a lv.40 registeel
if I where u I would use relicanth on all three and use yawn when they only have one hp point left

| Catch a Relicanth and a Wailord and go to Pacifidlog Town. You also need Pokemon that know DIG, SURF, and DIVE. Surf the Ocean Current to the beginning of Route 134. Go a little farther and there will be a new diving spot. Dive down and move down. Keep going until you reach the Braille. Get right in front of the Braille and dive up. You will now be in Sealed Chamber. Go to the back of the room and dig in the middle Braille spot. Then, in the next room, put Wailord in the first slot and Relicanth in the last slot. Talk to the Braille in the back, and then an earthquake is triggered. It says that there are certain places that appear to have been opened (the Regi caves).
Regirock: Go to the desert on Route 111 and go south until you reach Desert Ruins. Enter and go to the middle Braille. Go left, left, down, down, then use ROCK SMASH. The cave door to Regirock's lair is opened.
Regice: Surf to Island Cave on the Southwestern part of Route 105. Enter and go to the middle Braille. Then walk around the room, staying close to the wall. The cave door to Regice's lair is opened.
Registeel: Go to Ancient Tomb on the Southern Part of Route 120 by taking the stairs. Enter and go to the middle of the cave, then use FLASH. The cave to Registeel's lair is opened. |

Capt.Stern said that he found an underwater cavern which is called Seafloor Cavern. I think Seafloor Cavern is on Route 128. I'm not sure. Go to the end of Seafloor Cavern and you Kyogre. Archie (Team Aqua's boss) comes and awakens Kyogre. Kyogre then flees so you have to battle Archie. Beat him. Maxie (Team Magma's boss) comes and alerts Archie and says its raining heavily outside. You, Archie, and Maxie go outside. Maxie then tells Archie how bad his dream turned out to be. Archie and Maxie then leave. Steven then comes. He tells you to go to Sootopolis City. Fly to Sootopolis City. You then see Kyogre and Groudon fighting. Go to the west side of Sootopolis City and there will be Steven. Steven will lead you to the Cave of Orgin. Go to the end of the Cave of Orgin and there will be a guy named Wallace. Talk to him. He will ask you if you have seen Rayquaza. Answer Sky Pillar and Wallace goes there. The Sky Pillar is located near Pacifidlog Town. Get to the top of Sky Pillar where Rayquaza lies. Talk to Rayquaza and it will go to Sootopolis City. Fly to Sootopolis City and Rayquaza comes and like yells or something and calms down Kyogre and Groudon. the rain clouds go away and the water currents are calm and everything is back to normal. Go to the GYM and Maxie,Archie,Steven, and Wallace will be there. Talk to Archie and Maxie. They will disappear. Wallace opens the door to the GYM and gives you HM07 Waterfall. I hope this helps!
