U have to go to the middle of the cave and use flash
Put wailord at the top of your party. Put relicanth at the back. (or vice-versa...) Go to RT.134 and swim on the currents until you DIVE into the water(you'll find out what i'm talking about...) Then go and surface WHEN YOUR IN FRONT OF THE BRAILLE SIGN. You're in a cave. Go to the back, and use flash. Go to psypokes.com and look for the map on where the caves are. GOOD LUCK!

It does help! you can find the braile alfabet in the emerald manual
My Advice, get a cheatbook at Barnes and Noble. It has a Braille Alphabet inside on page 100.
It helps but you don't need to know it. You can figure out the braille by looking on another web site. It also has the braille decoder in the guide.

Yes. with a game shark or action replay or catch a yellow oddish. then level it up and insted of it evolving into gloom, it will sometimes evolve into celebi. sometimes it will evolve into gloom so you should try a few times. i took me five tries for it to work.
Celebi can't even be found in the old Crystal version. It is only found in the very old games like Red/Blue/Yellow. You can also get it at a Nintendo Event or with a Gameshark.

U have 2 know dive and you go some where around sootopolis and mossdeep city, dive, lokk in the seaweed, and you should find one sooner or l8er. they r rare!
You need to get the aurora ticket in the artisian cave I found mine there and I caught the legendary pokemon there to get relicanth you need to go to the seaweed underwater and use sweet scent you should catch it then

Weaken it enough with False Swipe (Pokemon like Ninjask can learn it) and then use a Great Ball or an Ultra Ball and eventually you will catch it.
Before catching the Regi's you have to open each of their caves by using dive to get to the sealeo cave. You need to beat Sootopolis GYM to use it. Then have Wailord and Relicanth

Okai,first you have to unlock the seal chamber.To do this, you need a WAILORD first in your party and a RELICANTH last in your party.you also need a pokemon who knows dig.(to get dig you can go to fallarbor town and there will be a house just outside of town.the sign will read FOSSIL MANIAC'S HOUSE "fossils gratefully accepted!'' go in the house and there will be a little boy standing next to a hole.talk to him nd he will give you the TM dig.)Then go to Pacifidlog and surf to the left.i recommend from the middle of the lowest platform.go straight until you get to some rough waves.you will coast into a rock.GO DOWN.you will then drift onto an island with a fisher man waiting for you.After you battle him go to the furthest point of the island and use surf again.you will then drift to another island.There is a double battle waiting for you.After that run to the other side of the island where there will be another double battle waiting for you.when you've finished use surf on the upper part of the island.you will then drift into calm water next to an island which has a trainer on it.below the island there are more rocks.GO BELOW THE ROCKS into the current.from there the current will take you to another island.there are no trainers on this island.go to the left edge of the island,BEFORE YOU USE SURF make sure that you are the third space from the top of the edge of the island.this is important because other wise you will miss the dive spot.use surf and you will drift to a nd you will come to calm water with a dive spot in the middle and one rock on each corner of the path.go to the dive area and use dive.you wil be in a small cave.go out the door and keep going down until you find a rock that has white braille on it.read the braille and then use dive again.you wall surface in an under water cavern called the sealed chamber.it has 2 rows of large rock with braille on it, four in each row and then a third row of smaller rock with braille on it and only 2 in that row.all of which are useless and can be ignored.however at the very back of the cavern on the wall there is more braille read it and in the center in front of the braille on the wall use DIG.from there a hole will appear in the wall.go in it and at the back of the room there is another rock with braille on it.read it.then there will be 3 clicking noises and it will say it sounds like a door opening far away.you can walk out of the cave or use dig againwhich will transport yououtside of the cavern under water in front of the white braille again.that is how to unlock the regi's.

First u need to have the magma symbol then go to mt. chimney then go down jagged pass when u r walking a cave will open go inside and look 4 maxie beat him and team magma will be defeated then u can surf

It doesn't matter. You could use a master ball, but why waste it? You could always use any pokeball, but if you want a better chance of catching Groudon or Raquaza or a Deoxy or a Regi or a Kyogre or Latias or Latios or whatever: Bring lots of pokeballs. I think it would help to weaken it before trying to catch it. Throw a pokeball, and RIGHT when you throw it, press and hold the A button. RIGHT when the ball opens, release the A button and press and hold B. RIGHT when it's about to drop the second time, release the B button and press and hold the Directional Pad's Down button, until Groudon either pops out again, stays put in the ball. Keep doing this! (This trick has I think about 80%-90% chance of worklng. Good luck on your collection!
