Go to the currents and look around and you will find a dark square witch is where you can dive there will be some seaweed its in there its from LV30 to LV40 it takes a while though
I think you have to use flash in the middle of the room or run round the outside of the to get him but to get to his cave you need to go west of dewford until you find a deep spot and go to the dots under the water and dive back up at the dots and go to the end of the room and use dig on the dots in the middle but in order to do this crap you need relicanth and wailord and have at the front and the back of your party to do this and i forget the rest. sorry!

You simply go to pacificlog town surf kind of in the middle and you will find a small spot in the water sorunded by 6 rocks Use dive then read the brail but in case you cann't. then you go to one of the caves use flash in the middle in aother cave run around the edge and don't touch the wall then for one you have to catch a relciahe and a walme and go to the middle of one of the caves and use rock smash. thats it. -Answer by:Delga00100

Go to pcifadong town and go in the currents with a relicanth in the first slot and a whalelord in the last and you will find a dive spot that looks like a + use dive and go through the door and go down there will be a rock with brail on it read it then use dive and you will come in a room with lots of brail read it all and then use dig (you can get it in fallabor town at the fossil guys house and just before you go in the cave talk to the little kid he will give you dig) then you will come to a room with some more brail BEFORE YOU READ IT ! put the whalelord in the front and relicanth at the back then read it all when you read the last bit it'il trigger an earthquake and then it will say "it feals like some doors have opened far away once you go in regices tomb read the brail and walk all the way arround the cave staying close to the wall and then in the middle of the brail a cave will open save and then go in and you can battle him
PS 2 catch him get him 2 red HP paralize him and put him to sleep and I used 50 ultraballs happy hunting
