I think everyone in the travel lanes must be out of the way. Including vehicles. Then as swift as possible move the police man re-directing traffic and change the highway sign before any vehicles approach. If a car is stopped in front of the police man confused about the highway signage and the directions the police gives then they will remain stopped and get rear-ended.
Turn on the sign using the engineer then put a police officer under the sign in the lane closest to the engineer and redirect cars to the right off the highway...if you just turn on the sign ull get a traffic jam and lose the mission

On the bridge over the river is a switch for an electrician. Just off the bridge is the electrical wires that explode cars and cause rapid fires in not switched off.

YOu need to keep cooling the engine in the woods at the end of the runway. keep the fireplane flyovers going.

If you target the fire closest to the village with the fire plane, three or maybe four times evenutally the fire will recede and blow out.

It about in the middle of town have to scroll slow but it is there, you cant miss him its a large blue chute.
Use a fireman with "jaws of life" or metal cutters to rescue bus passngers. Get the them from the fire engine utility compartment. Use a rescue fireman diver from the fire department to get anyone or thing out of the water.
It may not be an injured person. It might be a car or something else. Use the yellow crane to lift any cars out the water or missles etc. Use diver to rescue people or retrieve smaller items.
It's a car you have to pull out. Send a rescue diver to the area where the cursor turns into a buoy and when they pop up and place a buoy, send your salvage vehicle to fish the car out. Set it down and have a firefighter use the cutters on the car. There's a person inside that needs medical attention and transport.

Try "hokus" instead of it
Type hocus then hit [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F10] for All missions and medals, [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F11] for 100,000 credits, [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F7] for Win mission, [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F8] for Lose mission
Take the fireman and right click on the bus.. on the front. in the middle and in the bact. on the car in the water put a diver in the water at the broken guardrail then use the boom truck to get the car out og the water..then use firemen to get thw dude out of the car..

The cheat is Control, Shift, F7.

The missing bungee jumper is under a log near the bridge. You have to send a salvage vehicle to lift the log off him. Then you need to send a boat with a fireman in to pick him up. He will need to be airlifted.

A technician (little yellow car with one person) can operate then carry the black box (the "thumb on button" action is offered). This assumes you already know that the black box is where the pilot is pulled from the wreckage. I have not yet found the missile yet.
